When I heard Ray Park was “guesting” (as a way to put it) as Maul in the fight for clone wars and it was completely worth it. As a fight for the series goes it was amazing, best one ever. The mo cap made it 100 times better than usual animating it, and Ray Park knocked it up that extra gear making Maul move as he should do. It feels more Maul, and can easily see how well Lauren and Ray work with each other to pull off the amazing mo cap data needed. Completely organic feeling!
I was thinking the same thing. I have a feeling it's just out of respect of the project she worked on. So it doesn't seem as though they're making fun of the show. That said... those sparks were.... 😬
That clip from vertical limit hurts. I've had a friend pass away from falling on a rock climbing trip. Wasn't a gear failure but an unexpected rock giving way under their feet when going to find the anchor for descending. Really puts that kind of stuff into perspective.
Re: Vertical Limit, you guys are seeing exactly what the editors want you to see and feel. There's no "terminal velocity and then stop"; those people are only dropping 6 to 10 inches. I never had the nerves to watch the entire film after seeing the first scenes there and some of the "best of" of the rest of the film. No thanks.
You guys should react to Hardcore Henry, the entire movie is an enormous amount of practical effects done with a first person POV, I think you'd like it.
Haha, I always watch TH-cam on my living room television, but I just picked up my phone and came to the comments sections to ask them if they’ve ever done Hardcore Henry 😂 Small world after all
The Ahsoka vs Maul fight at he end of TCW was really great. One of my favourite lightsaber fights with the Obi-Wan & Qui-Gon vs Maul (especially when it's just Obi-Wan vs Maul at the end).
That scene at 6:00 is a perfect example of how modern movie making ruins great stunt work. The behind the scenes footage looks awesome! The finished scene has so much done in post and is edited so frantically, they might have just as well done the whole thing in front of a green screen or go full CG.
I would heavily recommend the Ronny/Lily fight from Barry for this show, it's incredibly well choreographed and shot while being realistic, dark and funny, I'd love to see you guys break it down.
Fight scene recommendation! The "I broke my wood, that's no good." scene in "Fire Down Below" (1997) starring Steven Seagal. Lots of fun takedowns and stunt falls outside of a country hardware store using 2x4s and more 😁
They’re reviewing the maul ahsoka fight scene: heavy breathing They got the stunt actress who did the motion capture for ahsoka: *heavy breathing intensifies*
Recently rewatched the A-Team movie. The stunts in that are wild and the action scenes are nuts. I'd love to see a breakdown of the running down the side of the building heist (if those were the actors or stunt doubles or a mixture of both, i know Brian Bloom does a lot of his own stunts). Also the tanker truck heist looked like a good combo of CG and practical, a breakdown of that would be cool. And the stunt with Rampage Jackson jumping out of the moving prison bus really looked like him doing it.
I love the reacts series, they give a much needed look into the effort and dedication of stunt teams as well as understanding the job of VFX artists, which I feel like are generally overlooked by the public. Keep 'em coming!
I'd love to see you guys talk about the fight scenes in Grosse Pointe Blank. Apparently John Cusac did a ton of training work and the fight scenes are all with Benny Urquidez. It's also amazing to see Dan Aykroyd playing a contract killer.
Wren just makes me happy, is it just me? Like, I actually watched the entire sponsored segment and everything and was grinning the whole time. Never change, Wren!
When that Clone Wars episode released with the Ahsoka/Maul fight I remember messaging my pal to say he moves so much like the movie version. It looked incredible. At that point I had no idea they mo capped it with Ray Park. Just shows you how much that adds to the weight and the effectiveness of the fight and how definitive Ray Park's physical embodiment of the character is. Sam Witwer is the definitive voice actor for Maul but Ray Park is the physical embodiment of the character. Unique to the point that you know when he's physically portraying the character. Truly a great moment.
I think it's cool. There are so few acceptable haircuts for men that I salute anything that derives from the norm while remaining aesthetically interesting.
Oh, sorry. I thought you wrote "Wren". I think that with the Covid thing, a lot of people were not going out to get haircuts, and so the option was to either stress out about it, or just decide that afros are cool again. Some people just decided that hairstyle will be fashionable now. So I guess since you said Clint instead of Wren, that means everyone else already realized that afros were cool again and so its embarrassing to notice it. Oh well.
Hey Corridor Crew there's a scene that my dad loves in this scene in predators and it's where this Japanese guy and this predator have a standoff and they both have blades and they just run at each other and they both die but when I explain it it kinda sucks but it's a really good scene so yah
You're referring to the Yakuza clan member vs Predator scene. Where they fight each other in honourable single combat, but both deal fatal blows to one another. Probably the only cool scene in the whole film tbh.
I love how Laurens reactions are always like you notice that she's right there in that industry and then a second later it feels like she is enjoying each and every of the scenes like a stranger to that business.
You should really do "The Crow" for both VFX and stunts VFX: Lee's face was CGI in a few scenes. And for the year it was made in, its pretty good Stunts: You can talk about stunt safety in regards to what happened to Lee on set

Or simply the fact that a good cam, good enough to catch that fall is starting to walk itself out of the crack under load. Or the fact that their grigri act like an atc. Or many other stuff. I never had the nerves to watch the entire film after seeing the first scenes there and some of the "best of" of the rest of the film. No thanks.
For reference, Vertical Limit came out in 2000 and The Mummy Scorpion King came out in 2002. So, just on CG effects alone, it's a lot more believable.
Wren, that hair is a stunt
That hair is CGI
Clint’s reaction to Lauren having worked with Jackie Chan (aka the love of his life?) is the best. 🤣
You guys should react to Hardcore Henry, the entire movie is an enormous amount of practical effects done with a first person POV, I think you'd like it.
Agreed ^^^
They already have
Haha, I always watch TH-cam on my living room television, but I just picked up my phone and came to the comments sections to ask them if they’ve ever done Hardcore Henry 😂 Small world after all
@@Axle-F
Have they?
Which episode pls?
Love that movie, I kind of want to watch it in VR but I think I’d throw up lol
"The Rock should do something like this!" I would 100% watch that for sure.
I know right
Im sure he'd be up for that hes good with comedy
He kinda did in Central Intelligence (in the opening segment), only a CGI/body double version of him
Corridor: Cool episode with amazing guest star and Jackie Chan's pixilated junk
Wren: *30 sec cameo*
Comments: WREN!!!!!!!
The Ahsoka vs Maul fight at he end of TCW was really great.
One of my favourite lightsaber fights with the Obi-Wan & Qui-Gon vs Maul (especially when it's just Obi-Wan vs Maul at the end).
"The One" with Jet Li. It could work for special effects or stuntmen react. Totally underrated!
I really liked that one. Definitely an underrated movie.
That scene at 6:00 is a perfect example of how modern movie making ruins great stunt work. The behind the scenes footage looks awesome! The finished scene has so much done in post and is edited so frantically, they might have just as well done the whole thing in front of a green screen or go full CG.
The sparks on the wall could of been better tho
I would heavily recommend the Ronny/Lily fight from Barry for this show, it's incredibly well choreographed and shot while being realistic, dark and funny, I'd love to see you guys break it down.
Fight scene recommendation!
The "I broke my wood, that's no good." scene in "Fire Down Below" (1997) starring Steven Seagal. Lots of fun takedowns and stunt falls outside of a country hardware store using 2x4s and more 😁
Is it a Good Idea to CGI this?
woah its jogwheel what's up!?
Funny hearing them enjoying the vertical limit scene after Alex Honnold absolutely ripped it during his react video haha
They’re reviewing the maul ahsoka fight scene: heavy breathing
They got the stunt actress who did the motion capture for ahsoka: *heavy breathing intensifies*
3:55 when WREN made the finger and he was about to tell the story😂😂😂😂😂 and Nick filming the emotional part at 5:17
Bruh
Dude
Good catch
Bruh
Good eyes
You guys should try to get Jackie Chan on the show to react to his stunts..that would be a fun episode 🤣🤣
I second this!!!
I third this🌚
Forth

12:09 I’m so proud that Wren was also able to model his new hair style for the square space website
Ray Parks’ footwork is insane. He’s incredible
Can we just notice that Lauren got so upset about a sock on Jackie's "Light saber"?😆
10:22 - Niko in the background yelling, but he's on mute. xD
Probably yawning tbh
@@NDFilmNZ That's the joke, friend ;P
I’m just imagining he’s screaming as loud as possible. I don’t know why but it keeps getting funnier.
I mirror the obvious awe that Clint had for Lauren in this episode, what a legend!
I love the reacts series, they give a much needed look into the effort and dedication of stunt teams as well as understanding the job of VFX artists, which I feel like are generally overlooked by the public. Keep 'em coming!
Kingsman: The Secret Service
Kingsman: The Golden Circle
I know they went through a few of the golden circle stunts
The secret circle and the golden shower
They did secret service on vfx artists
YES 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Wren's hair is getting wild, I'm half expecting to see it growling at the camera by next vid...
Wren's hair vs. Rhett McLaughlin's hair vs Damyell and Richard
I'd love to see you guys talk about the fight scenes in Grosse Pointe Blank. Apparently John Cusac did a ton of training work and the fight scenes are all with Benny Urquidez. It's also amazing to see Dan Aykroyd playing a contract killer.
"That punk is either in love with that guy's daughter or he has a newfound respect for life."
Would be interesting to see them talk about it
I love GPB. it's what encouraged me to get into my current profession when i was a child.
Wren just makes me happy, is it just me? Like, I actually watched the entire sponsored segment and everything and was grinning the whole time. Never change, Wren!
He is kind of adorable.
"Yes, my plan to turn Wren into Bob Ross is now complete."
Next weeks episode: ”VFX artists react to Paintings”
Wrob Wross
😍 Durendal
* shows the stunt actress for star wars the clone wars *
* everyone liked that *
Wren be looking like he gonna paint me some beautiful mountains, valleys, and bomb ass clouds.
Lmao omfg 😂😂😂
When that Clone Wars episode released with the Ahsoka/Maul fight I remember messaging my pal to say he moves so much like the movie version. It looked incredible. At that point I had no idea they mo capped it with Ray Park. Just shows you how much that adds to the weight and the effectiveness of the fight and how definitive Ray Park's physical embodiment of the character is. Sam Witwer is the definitive voice actor for Maul but Ray Park is the physical embodiment of the character. Unique to the point that you know when he's physically portraying the character. Truly a great moment.
I would love for a deep dive into Hardcore Henry in how they shot the entire thing in first person, particularly the big action scene at the end.
I can’t tell if Clint unironcally wears his hair like that
I think it's cool.
Oh well.
@@runvnc208 Wrens afro suits him and his personality. Clints little girl hairclip just makes me want to slap him.
@@groovemoustache amen!
I'm waiting on a whole hour episode of just Jackie stunts.
@Ba Paoi spam link
Agree
@eating sugar no papa Are you sure? I doubt that they'd be short on content, considering that he's been in over 100 movies.
Imagine getting Jackie Chan on the show
@@Emppu_T. Woah.
Love to hear you guys talk about more of the original Bourne trilogy fight scenes!
Wren looks more like Bob Ross now than ever because of his hair.
He was Marv from Home Alone, now he's becoming Bob Ross for sure.
Looks more like Doyle from the professionals.
I love that wren has the same hair as the lady on the Square space ad 😂😂😂 12:08
I just had an idea that is so creative no one has ever thought of it, get Jackie Chan on the show 🤯🤯🤯
We can all hope
I’m pretty sure people have thought of it before. It’s just not realistic
“Old Guard” the opening fight scene is awesome. Who am I kidding, the whole movie has great fight choreographed scenes.
Stunt People React to Summer Glau's fight scenes in Serenity 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 The choreography in the bar fight is the best!
Its been recommended before, but the imaginary fight scenes of the Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
I second this, I forgot there was even fight scenes in that movie till I read this
Yes
I love how Laurens reactions are always like you notice that she's right there in that industry and then a second later it feels like she is enjoying each and every of the scenes like a stranger to that business.
Beckett's Death Scene from Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
I found a video showing exactly how they did that but it’s always better when the Corridor Crew breaks it down
Wren's hair is begining to have it's own consciousness, at this point in time.
it defies time itself
Was bout to post, need to cut ur hair bro
Some one mail him some hair clippers or maybe some hedge trimmers
Wren: "I took over the Ad section to get in the video"
Jake: ...You know I'll try to take a seat on VFX artists react because of this, right?
You should really do "The Crow" for both VFX and stunts
VFX: Lee's face was CGI in a few scenes. And for the year it was made in, its pretty good
Stunts: You can talk about stunt safety in regards to what happened to Lee on set
That is my halloween movie, right next to Nightmare before Christmas
