if you know your opponent likes to tech roll or not do anything at the wall you can end her wall combo with 3+4 instead of 1+2 does a chunk of extra damage and is safe if they quick back roll and block it. Only drawback is that you lose wall positioning.
you can also do slightly more damage to the first combo you showed by doing f4 instead of uf3. Though they can escape this if they roll towards you (unless they know beforehand, rolling towards the opponent is not the go to option)
Thanks for posting this! Really good explanation of what's happening. Also the people who aren't thinking isn't pretty damn great are insane. I don't think they're getting that it's not a setup when the choices are get hit with unmitigated damage because it's not part of the "combo", or get hit and launched for another full combo. And that's without a CH off of a mid launcher that's -9 on block for no resources.

I have trouble keeping the combo on the follow up during the ff2 part. The ff2~f,2 will still land but it won't be the full 8-hit combo. What am I doing wrong here? I can't seem to isolate the variable.
The ff2 b stance into screw will still land but it isn't counted in the full 8-hit combo. It becomes its own 3-hit combo. Does this matter? It gets dropped after the jab but the ff2 will still hit. Am I messing up the timing somewhere along the way? @@IAMOP
@@optimustine yes it has to count as combo, just wait for a bit after uf3 and do ff2 fast To check if something counts a combo generally press start in practice mode > 1st option> ground technique> ukemi left or right This will make the character tech roll when they hit the ground.
@@ShikiRyougi05 what I meant was that Asuka is a direct clone of Jun when she was introduce in T5. Even in TT2, you can still feel that Jun and Asuka was basically the same fighter. Im just glad that Jun has a better identity know seeing that there's different variations with the Kazama fighting style with Jun being the most traditional and fluid, almost like a dance while Jin is more Mishima with MMA and Asuka being more of an aggressive street brawler due to her being a mediator of gang fights.
@@ShikiRyougi05 Yeah I know! She was my main in T2 but they revamped her fighting style. I instantly could tell majority of her old moves went to Asuka in T5. I still think she is really cool though. After I lost Jun I picked up Ling Xiaoyu in T3 and Lilly In T5 part 2. Jun is still one of my favs along with my other 2 mains.
i hope she wont get nerfed too much. maybe damage nerf is ideal but i think everything balances out with her self damage feature tbh considering she has sucky lows, I think this is fine overall

@@2bizzystu868 mate, have you seen almost all of the rosters' combos? they practically wall carry now. Jun is on the average in the tier list. she doesn't have a 14f launcher and most of the time really unsafe on block
@myspaceuser she also has really got and unpredictable lows I've used Jun she isn't bad nor is she average she's above average only thing you run into in rank for a reason is Juns reinas and lili unpredictable strings and amazing lows with auto parrys and punishments she really doesn't need a launch
I have a feeling that Banco will eventually correct this as it might constitute as unfair advantage. Remember when hitting a side Phoenix Smasher essentially gave a free combo? They eventually corrected this by increasing the pushback.
When Jun unalive someone with her Rage Art, she says "what an empty dream". But she says "hakanai Monane" (I guess it's like that) but the translation to Japanese is wrong I think. Has someone a clue what she's actually saying ? I mean in Japanese

Negan was no wonder balanced I had to work up for it & if lucky could snuck-in a Ff32 for reset wallbreak. This is just bonkers or else ff2 was all it give or INT4 CH launch bait if done from df312 (whiff 2nd hit intendedly)
If I had a nickel for everytime a character going back for more over a decade's worth just to be powerful, I would've had two. Which is weird that I like Jun and Krohnen (k9999) and somehow they became their prime maybe for a little while.

Jun is very powerful, and fun to play. She was my main since Tekken 2. Her absence in Tekken 7 was sad to me, so I'm glad she's back.

you can actually reach 80 to 90 from a CH situation without heat, rage or wall.

How do you get up vs this, do you stay on the ground to avoid this? Or side roll
Video says you shouldn't get up, you should just take the follow up or else you get relaunched

The best option is to take the grounded hit.
Only if they mess up the combo angle, you can hold back to get up
