- I enjoy a relaxing ride out on the Yamaha Tenere, to continue learning photography. I'm loving the Sigma 70-200mm lens on my Lumix s5 and am enjoying the process.
The fact that I can pair photography with riding my motorcycle makes it even more enjoyable.
I haven’t started editing photos yet because I don’t have the software to do so.
The main goal at the moment is to better understand my camera and its settings so that I can understand what is going to happen when I press the button to take a picture.

Hopefully you saw the pics at the end. I was so grateful that the weather was dry enough for me to take the Tenere out and I really enjoyed taking the pictures in this video.
This was another day of learning and I can’t wait to do it again!

Great stuff mate! One thing that you might benefit from looking into is using a grid on your camera and exploring the rules of thirds. Really helps me with my composition in camera. 👍

And move up north from London

@@AlanBoulter that’s brilliant Alan, I bet that was enjoyable. I’d really like to do a proper course, I think fumbling about and learning by doing will get me so far but to have clear direction would definitely be better.
I agree, so far I’ve noticed I’m looking at things that I’ve defintely noticed before, but now I’m actually taking in the details - it’s really opened my eyes as to how much we miss when we’re moving about 😄

Yeah it’s a good fun lens, a bit big but does what I want it to do so it feels like the right tool for the right job😄.
Mine was £1499 so really had to make sure I was doing the right thing before I jumped in 😆, but it’s worth it and helps me get excited to get out there and ride a bike.
Keep making your videos and you’ll have a camera bag full of lenses before you know it, and a camera crew!! Your vids are brilliant and I can’t wait for the next one!
