I like this version better. Sora is too pure to be an evil person, but she deserves her reputation as the member with the most fight in her. I see her as the heroine of Hololive since she was the first member and one of the initial pillars of VTubing. She would be the one to resolve the main conflict, and this is how I'd see her in a story.
I think Ina could be the FINAL BOSS for EN since she's literally eldritch horror personified and it would take all of Myth and Council to try and subdue her For Council, it'd be Omega since she's seen as a ultimate antagonist that keeps check of Council
