I think managers chose Miko because even if she fucked up it would be fun because Tsumiki liked the way she sung Bibideba as he mentioned in the Radio show.
I remember the last time I saw Suisei singing Sakura kaze she commented that she found it a bit difficult to sing, so some of Miko's other songs must also be difficult for her to sing as their styles are very different, perhaps this difference in style is what makes it difficult for Suisei.
i think most of holomem will not ask suisei for that, they know in the past sui have problem with her vocal cord so she hardly sing with high picth song.

Since they are in japanese, sometimes we forget how difficult some songs are even in their original language. The bibidi song is full of onomatopoeias and put of pocket changes, making it really hard to nail. The same can be said for mostly Korone songs, Calli herself said that singing Doggy God Street is basically one giant tongue twister. And, of course, Miko should be more confident. She did a whole album this year, managing to sing beautifully without breaking her famous baby voice. Sounds simple, but it's really tricky to do such a thing. This is why I respect Luna so much.
