Lol, are you mixing it with milk or water? Sometimes milk can cause a bit more clumps. We actually wrote an article on how to deal with clumpy protein. Here it is: feastgood.com/lumps-in-protein-shake/
Did you check the actual protein content you can check that with a thirdparty lab test and confirm if the company is saying the truth about the 95% protein content.
I did not send the bottle away for third-party testing. Ultimately, companies should do that and then disclose the findings. Other brands do this and I'd consider that the gold standard in today's supplement industry.
Yes, gaining weight has more to do with being in a caloric surplus. You need to make sure you're tracking your food intake and consistently eating above your maintenance calories. A good goal is 1lb/week. So 4-5lbs in a month is realistic.
Based off of the recent study done by the Clean Label Project, I would not recommend this product to people. The study put Natures Best Isopure Zero Carb in the bottom five of 134 products tested for containing heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, Mercury, and lead, as well as the contaminant BPA.
Seems like it was either copied or it is the same person who posted the review on Amazon. Nothing on Clean Label tho.. and that review on Amazon was from back in 2018.
Nope, there's quite a bit of differences actually. But allmax isoflex does have a high protein percent of calories. Definitely up there with some of the best when it comes to that category.
Taste is a very individual thing. I just had a converation with a subscriber about a protein flavor I love, and they hate. So if you're just basing your recommendation off what someone says about taste, I'd take it very lightly. You should look at other factors like protein percent of calories, 3rd party testing, ingredients, etc.
