      @@doctor4596 Absolutely sir, but make sure to have a gap of atleast 60 mins.
      Dryfruits/Nuts are nutrients dense it takes time to digest and sprouts are also rich in protien, it also takes time to digest,
      So it's advisable to have a gap of 60 mins between the two.

    Sir I planned to go new food routine plz correct them if it seems wrong👇🏻
    -> 6 a.m _Fenugreek ,hibiscus tea
    -> workout
    -> 8 a.m_ soaked dry fruits juice (2cashew,2fig,2dates,5almonds,2pista,1s sunflower seed, 1s pumpkin seed, 1s groundnut)
    -> 11a.m _abc juice
    -> lunch _ add keerai/egg
    -> eve_ sprouted black channa /greengram
    -> ni8_ milk
    Will this helpful for my weight loss nd skin glow????

      Ma'am I would suggest these changes
      1. Shift sprouted soaked chana and green gram in the morning as breakfast, (it is full of protein and it takes time to digest)
      (Best time for breakfast 9:00 am to 9:30 am)
      2. 1 glass Milk = 1 full meal and it's heavy to digest
      (Skip milk at night), shift it in the evening around 5:30 to 6:00 pm
      3. Shift ABC juice between
      Breakfast and lunch, you can drink it around 12 noon
      (Best time for lunch is between
      (12:30 pm - 1:30 pm)
      4. Include fruits in your diet,
      You can eat fruits around 3:30 pm ( one fruit at a time, don't mix different nature fruits)
      5. Always eat as light as possible after sunset

    Sir I like your content, I think i found your video on a right time. I bought a mix dryfruits jar (Almonds, Cashew, Green & Black Raisin,walnut, Apricot, cherry, kiwi, pineapple). Whole family wanted to intake it while I wanna gain weight where as my parents have diabetes and they concerned it may cause digestion problems. Can you pleaseee suggest a right way of intake? 🙇🏻‍♀️

      For you if you want to gain weight,
      Eat 30-40 grams of this before workout in the morning and each 15-20 grams of this mix in the evening 2 hours after lunch.
      And for your parents avoid
      Raisin , cherry, kiwi and pineapple

    How to add chia seed/ pumpkin seed/ flax seed with nuts? I am worried about excessive amount leading to weight gain

      Ma'am what you can do is, make Dryfruits/Nuts and seeds laddu,
      Roast all the seeds you want to add in the mix separately,
      take dates make a paste (add little bit of ghee in it) mix all the Dryfruits/Nuts/seeds and make laddu.
      Dryfruits/Nuts/seeds laddu is very healthy you can consume at the most 2 laddu"s a day,
      (though, 1 laddu is enough to get all the benefits)
      and the best time to consume is after workout,
      This will energize your body after workout and you will also get the amazing benefits of Dryfruits/Nuts/seeds,
      And make sure to keep a gap of ATLEAST 1 hour between laddu and breakfast.
      And this will also keep your weight in check.

    I am 30, height 5'10" weight 70 kg
    and after morning exercise i ate around 7:00 am
    Cashew 4 raw
    Almond 4 (soaked)
    Walnut 1 (soaked)
    Raisins 7-8 (soacked)
    And eat my breakfast around 9:00 am
    Dates 2-3 raw
    Banana 1
    Chia seed 1 table spoon soaked
    Pumkin seed 1 table spoon raw with out shell
    Peanut butter 1 table spoon
    Oats 40g
    Is this all right for weight gain
    Please guide me sir 🙏

      Sir, dry fruits is a comprehensive word,
      There are 2 things to dry fruits
      1. Dried fruits
      2. Nuts
      Dry fruits like Raisins,fig,apricot are made by drying fruits and sulfites or sulfur dioxide is added to it to preserve them,
      So we should always soak dry fruits for 6-7 hours or else we should wash them with clean water before eating, to save ourselves from any sideeffects.
      Nuts are natural, almond skin has tannins in it because of which it takes time to digest and we don't get its nutrients, so we should eat soaked almonds,
      Other then almonds it's our personal preference that how we want to eat Nuts.

      You can add 1-2 soaked walnuts and 3-4 pieces of pista,
      You can eat pista, cashews and dates raw also,
      But make sure to wash dates properly before eating(if you are eating raw).
      Other than this your combination is perfect
      Definitely you can add 1 teaspoon of soaked sunflower and pumpkin seeds also,
      But make sure that your consumption of Dryfruits/Nuts/seeds does not exceed 30 grams per day.

      You can eat about 20-25 grams peanuts every day,
      Avoid eating peanuts with other Dryfruits/nuts, you can eat peanuts after workout in the morning and other Dryfruits/nuts before workout empty stomach.
      Don't worry if you eat the combination shown in the video, and 20-25 grams of peanuts you will never put on weight, infact this will help you stay fit and energetic, but make sure you don't overeat Dryfruits/nuts, overeating can result in weight gain.
      And make sure you exercise atleast 5 days in a week, this will give you robust immunity.

    Thank you for the video. Will soaking walnuts for 6-8hrs reduce their nutrition content? You said it's okay to eat them raw or soaked but you preferred raw more, is it because soaking would reduce their nutrition to some extent? Once again thank you for this informative video

      Soaking walnuts doesn't affect the nutritional value,
      it's so nutrient dense ,
      Its' important to eat them, infact soaked walnuts are easier to digest,
      it's your personal preference to consume it either way,
      Raw walnuts tastes a bit better, that's why I mentioned in the video that I prefer eating raw walnuts.
      I always suggest to eat Dryfruits/Nuts after workout, when the metabolism is at it's peak,
      which enables easy digestion of this nutrient dense snack and the body absorbs all the nutrients easily.
      So you can eat walnuts either way.

      Wash the Rasin properly before soaking,
      Strain it in the morning and drink the Raisin water just after brushing your teeth,
      After 15 - 30 mins eat the Dryfruits/Nut, you can eat these Raisins with seeds no problem.

      What can you do is,
      Take walnuts wash them with clean water, soak them in drinking water, keep it overnight,
      In the morning after brushing your teeth,strain it and drink the water.
      This soaked walnut water has all the properties of walnuts and medicinal properties adds up to it.
      It will taste like Medicine but has enormous health benefits.

      Ma'am the best time to eat Dryfruits/Nuts is morning,
      (30-45 mins) Before or (5-10 mins) after workout,
      You can separate chia seeds from Dryfruits/Nuts,
      you can add soaked chia seeds in coconut water or butter milk, you can drink coconut water 1 hour after breakfast and butter milk 45- 60 mins after lunch.

      Khajoor ko soak karne ki jarurat nahi hai, fir bhi aap agar soaked water peena chahte hai, toh kishmish, anjeer aur khajoor ache se wash karke alag alag soak kariye,
      Aur alternate day aap alag alag soaked water pee sakte hai, 1 din mein koi bhi 1 hi Dryfruits/Nut ka pani peena is recommended, mix water peena is not recommended,

      4-5 soaked almonds
      4-5 Green or Black Raisins, Soaked or Raw
      7-8 dried cranberries (max 15-20 grams)
      3-4 pistachios (try to avoid salted pistachios)
      1-2 soaked walnuts ( add walnuts also)
      Make sure to have a gap of atleast 60-90 mins between Dryfruits/Nuts and breakfast,
      The best time to eat Dryfruits/Nuts is after morning workout.

    Due to dryness in body . I start intake of desi ghee in morning with warm empty stomach.

      - wake up drink 2 glasses of Luke warm water, 1 glass normal lukewarm water and 2nd glass with ghee
      - fresh n up and brush your teeth,
      then you can eat Dryfruits/Nuts both ways, either before workout or after workout, both are perfect.
      But, I suggest eat soaked seeds before workout and Dryfruits/Nuts after workout,
      it really helps,(it's my personal experience)
      It will improve your digestion, increase your power, will help you clean your stomach and colons properly, ( seeds are rich in fiber and are full of nutrients)and,
      Dryfruits/Nuts after workout will help you repair your body

      Bilkul kha sakte hai,
      Aapka combination bhi sahi hai,
      But always observe your body,
      Soaked chana is full of protein and Dryfruits/Nuts are also high in calories this combination might take time to digest.
      If you feel bloated after eating this combination then eat Dryfruits/Nuts and soaked chana with a gap of 1 hour,
      Eat Dryfruits/Nuts after workout then after 1 hour eat soaked chana,
      You can also make soaked chana chaat.
      And you can have dates and milk either way, dono sahi hai,
      Aapke upar hai aapko konsa pasand aata hai, make sure you drink milk at least 2 hours before sleeping.

      And if you go for a morning walk then eat after walk,

    10 soaked black raisins
    1 walnut
    2 soaked dates
    this adds up 150 calories. I eat them in early morning as a pre home workout meal. Is this a good Idea or should I change some quantity?

      Absolutely fine, make sure you eat dryfruits and nuts atleast 30 mins before workout and you can also add 1 banana if you want to get more energy, make sure to have a gap of 15 minutes between banana and Dryfruits and nuts.

      Agar aapko Dryfruits/Nut soaked water pina hai toh, kishmish, walnuts, anjeer ko alag se soak karke, kisi 1 ka pani 1 din mein pi sakte hai.

      I never recommend Dryfruits/Nuts with fruits, please avoid as banana has 65% - 70%, have atleast 30 mins gap between Dryfruits/Nuts and banana.
      Dryfruits/Nuts ko chew karke khana is the best option and never eat raw almonds. Almonds should be soaked before eating.
      Chia seeds should be soaked in water for atleast 30 mins,
      Never eat chia seeds raw or roasted.

      Almond,

      walnut aapko soak karke khana hai,

      Weight gain karne ke liye aap morning mein 30 grams tak Dryfruits/Nuts mix consume kar sakte hai,

      Aur 1 din mein aap koi bhi 1 Dryfruits/Nut soaked water pee sakte hai,
      Aap Raisins, walnuts, fig ka water pee sakte hai,
      Fig aur Raisins ko ache se wash karke soak kariyega,
      Don't mix different Dryfruits/nuts soaked water.

      Walnuts, black Raisins, anjeer ka pani pee sakte hai,
      Iske liye aapko Dryfruits/nuts alag alag bhigoney honge,
      Agar digestive issues ho toh Raisim water pee sakte hai,
      Constipation ya piles se related problem ho yoh anjeer ka pani pee sakte hai
      Thyroid se related problem ho toh walnuts ka pani pee sakte hai.
      Aur Agar koi problem na ho toh bhi achi health ke liye, alternate day aap
      Walnuts, Raisin ya Anjeer ka pani pee sakte hai.

      You can drink soaked water of Raisin, wash the raisin properly before soaking keep it overnight, strain in the morning and drink after brushing the teeth,

      1. Juices are high in CALORIES,
      Drink them occasionally
      2. Drink fruit juices before sunset
      3. Fruit juices are not COMPATIBLE with other FOODS, so don't add dryfruits/nuts.

      Ye sab healthy fats hai aap max 50-60 grams 1 din mein kha sakte hai, aur
      Isse jyada khane se triglycerides badh sakte hai, weight badhane ke liye aapko carbs intake badhane ki jarurat hai,
      carbs jaise vegetables, cereals ka intake badhaiye.

      The nutrients present in different types of dates, do not differ much,lal khajoor bilkul sasta milta hai but the nutrients present in them are approx the same as kimia dates(it's just that the quality of kimia dates is superior)
      But the carbohydrates and macronutrients are double in dried dates.

      You can increase the quantity,you can double it,
      eat it in the morning after workout
      and
      You can eat this combination before sunset in the evening also,
      And make sure that you eat something light in every 2 hours to feed your metabolism.

      You are doing alright, just add walnuts in the mix, and make sure that you don't eat too much of Dryfruits/nuts.
      The quantity shown in the video is about 30 grams and it's perfect to get all the nutrients, and always eat soaked figs, almonds and walnuts.
      Time gap is also perfect👍

      Don't mix dryfruits/nuts with milk or almond milk, dryfruits/nuts are nutreint and calorie dense, hence it takes time to digest, and milk is also high in calories and takes time to digest, . You can have all these separately.

      Sab mix Dryfruits/nuts soaked water nahi Pi sakte,
      Almonds soaked water nahi peena,
      Baki aap walnuts, Raisin, figs soaked water pi sakte hai.

      No sir, milk itself is heavy to digest adding almonds into it will make it even heavier.
      If possible avoid cow or Buffalo milk, coconut milk, almonds milk are good options.

      1. Subah uthte hi aapko bina BRUSH kiye 2 glass gun guna pani peena hai
      2. Workout karne ke baad Dryfruits/Nuts khane hai, jaise video mein bataya hai same combination khana hai,( lagbhag pani peene ke 75-90 minutes ke baad Dryfruits/Nuts khane hai)
      3. Dryfruits/Nuts khane ke 80- 90 mins ke baad hi breakfast karna hai
      4. Sab saath mein soak kar sakte hai,
      Walnuts, almonds, Raisin, fig.
      Aap chahe toh walnuts, Raisin bina soak kiye bhi kha sakte hai,
      Almonds bina soak kiye bilkul nahi khane.
      I hope maine aapke saare questions ke answer de diye hai,

      Absolutely Ma'am, you can make Dryfruits/Nuts laddu,
      Make sure, you use as less ghee as possible.
      And don't eat more than 1 laddu in a day, beacuse it will be high in CALORIES.
      And
      Eat it in the morning after workout.
