    I tried this for almost a month and got amazing results. For the 1st time in last few years, I got normal period with minimum blood clots or cramps. I even stared to feel energetic and my mind has become comparatively peaceful. Started this routine again from 4th Nov.

    *Walnut akrot 1* soak in water
    *(Throw away soak water)*
    *Anjeer 2*
    *Kishmish 4* soak in water
    (Consume water of raisin and dry figs)
    Peel off almond and akrot and chew all almonds,walnut, raisins and dry figs together at a time until it becomes paste
    *When to eat this:*
    After waking up drink a glass of water, once get fresher use this
    Do not eat anything till an hour

    your previous video on fitkari works i tried it and found it working, i had a mark on my face that's slowly disappearing using it for the past 5 days 2 times for 3min, it gave the brightness like fair and lovely on my face, it makes my face skin tight and also dry. feeling tingly sensation while washing face and after wash. have to apply face, ears, and neck to get even skin tone or else it clearly defines different skin tone. it's so powerful, wish you made this video a long time back.

    From past 2 weeks I'm having almond,walnut, raisins,fig also included chia seeds,flaxseeds,sunflower and pumpkin seeds also with some peanuts
    -- I'm really getting good results,as i don't get much cravings and also managing weight, feel so energetic and enthusiastic towards everything.
    Hence...I'm taking this for my hair health....I'm having a severe hairfall so i hope it stops and promotes hair growth in few months

    I found this video today in March 2024. I had an overall vitamin deficiency in nov 2023. I did some research and started consuming these. In Feb 2024 the results all came back to be in range. I also ate apricot and pumpkin seeds. Instead of popping pills just try these.

      I decided to go with one soaked anjeer and found that it tastes delicious when soaked in a little milk instead of water. I have it along with a few almonds and walnuts soaked in water, and have it usually with my breakfast.

    raisin water work tremendously on skin and other organs.Its my own experience it takes around a week .my skin glows a lot and my immunity has been also increased 😊

    Please mention about Fox nuts, Brazil nuts, Pistachios as they are also equally important. Though Brazil nuts do wonders if you eat one nut every day

      Eating naturally sweet foods in less quantity is not harmful for diabetics. Refined sugar/ White sugar should be avoided. Although non diabetic people should also not eat refined sugar.
