सर हमारा फौजी का रूटिंग यह है रात का डिनर। 0700 pm to 0730pm के बीच हो जाता है। 0730pm से LATE हुआ तो खाना नहीं मिलता है। पहले पहले तो बहुत भूख लगता था। ट्रेनिंग में तो रात को भूख की वजह से रोता था 😂। पर कुछ टाइम बाद यह आदत से बन गया। अब फौज में सर्विस करते हुए 16 साल हो गया। अब रात को 7:30 pm के बाद खाना खाया नहीं जाता।❤ I request all the citizens of India to adopt this routine. ❤❤❤ Eat dinner between 7:00pm and 7:30pm. मैंने सिर्फ 90 दिन मे घरेलू व्यायाम से और शाम को 4-5 बजे खाना खा कर अपना वजन 78 से 59 kg पर ले आया था पूरे दिन मे सिर्फ 4 रोटी दाल और सब्जी के साथ सुबह भीगे चने और शाम को भुने चने या कच्चा पनीर खाता था फिर मैंने ये सब छोड़ दिया और फिर से 78 kg का हो गया मुझे भरीपन महसूस होने लगा पाचन क्रिया मे भी समस्या सी लगने लगी अब मैं फिर से लगभग 7 दिनों से शाम को 7 बजे के बाद कुछ नही खा रहा अब मैं बेहतर महसूस कर रहा हूँ कुछ दिनों मे फिर से व्यायाम शुरू करूँगा

Yeh msg is bikul sahi hai. I am 59 following this practice for the last 15 -> 16 yrs. Also go to bed @21hrs get up @4am. I work whole day and energetic. No to coffee or tea in a day except hot water ( 365 days ) and lemon pani or coconut water. I am healthy and fine.

My daily routine since 4-5 years.... 1) wake up at 4 AM, having lukewarm water in sitting position,freshen up, some meditation and exercise, rest for a while,then, have bath with normal water. Not too much hot, not too much cold. ( Time used 4-6 am ) 2) have light breakfast, like, besan chilla, uttapam, health drink or herbal tea. ( No tea/coffee in morning ). 3) then, lunch with sabji-roti and curd or raita,if I feel hungry,then only, otherwise no need. 4) have dinner or evening snacks before 7 PM. After 7 PM, I eat nothing, absolutely nothing. 5) sleep between 9 to 10 PM.
Main literally bata rha hoon ke main pichhle 2 weeks se Just one time meal leta hoon just lunch. And no proper dish at all. Beyond that I sometimes take some 2 bananas, 2 -3 kababs or something. Aur mera health thoda bhi nhi bigda. Infact pahle se bhi jyada energetic aur fresh feel karta hoon.❤😊

I once started working on my fat loss journey and I searched the best suggestions for that. I got your one video and I got to know I need to follow that eating routine which I can follow my whole life then I have gone with your intermediate fasting suggestion. It was really hard initially but I followed, initially I used to drink milk at night but slowly night eating cravings has gone and from that time till today Im following the same routine, I feel more energetic, happy, healthy and fit. I have been doing it for long. I eat positively by 6 in the evening and then breakfast as usual around 10-11. Gives me a good break for 16 hours. Sometimes if I am not able to take my breakfast at 10 then I take it at 12 noon and then do the dinner directly at 6pm. It helps a lot. You will yourself feel the difference.

That’s a great Advice. Often people forget the basics due to a very busy life style. I have been following intermittent fasting lifestyle since last 4 years and along with Cold showers therapy. Our Aryuveda and ancient Indian knowledge is very powerful and I realised that after moving to NZ. I finish my dinner around 7PM and wake up at 5 AM. I take 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder, 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder and 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric and 1/4 teaspoons of black pepper powder with lukewarm water. Something I have been doing for a while and I have noticed tremendous improvement in my life. Keep up the great work you and your team are doing @fit tuber! All the best 🙏

This is so true... I was 85kgs and had thyroid related issues and what not my diet was so so bad... This is really true. 2 months before my weight was 118 kg And I decided strongly to loss my fat. I eat only one meal in a day at 2pm and that was moong dal and daliya khichdi with 2 cucumber without salt, in vegetable only bottle guard. In evening 5pm I eat only one handful roasted chana and roasted peanut both without salt. And after 6 pm I eat nothing. And most important thing that I drink 5 to 6 litres warm water whole day. And now my weight is 92 kg. And as workout I walk 30 minutes in evening and morning and take simple exercise 30 minutes.

अब फौज में सर्विस करते हुए 16 साल हो गया।

मैंने सिर्फ 90 दिन मे घरेलू व्यायाम से और शाम को 4-5 बजे खाना खा कर अपना वजन 78 से 59 kg पर ले आया था पूरे दिन मे सिर्फ 4 रोटी दाल और सब्जी के साथ सुबह भीगे चने और शाम को भुने चने या कच्चा पनीर खाता था फिर मैंने ये सब छोड़ दिया और फिर से 78 kg का हो गया मुझे भरीपन महसूस होने लगा पाचन क्रिया मे भी समस्या सी लगने लगी अब मैं फिर से लगभग 7 दिनों से शाम को 7 बजे के बाद कुछ नही खा रहा अब मैं बेहतर महसूस कर रहा हूँ कुछ दिनों मे फिर से व्यायाम शुरू करूँगा

My daily routine since 4-5 years....
1) wake up at 4 AM, having lukewarm water in sitting position,freshen up, some meditation and exercise, rest for a while,then, have bath with normal water. Not too much hot, not too much cold. ( Time used 4-6 am )
2) have light breakfast, like, besan chilla, uttapam, health drink or herbal tea. ( No tea/coffee in morning ).
3) then, lunch with sabji-roti and curd or raita,if I feel hungry,then only, otherwise no need.
4) have dinner or evening snacks before 7 PM. After 7 PM, I eat nothing, absolutely nothing.
5) sleep between 9 to 10 PM.
Everything is right but you must try ice bath its very gud
And one mre thing breakfast heavy krna hota hai subh subh but your choice

I have been doing it for long. I eat positively by 6 in the evening and then breakfast as usual around 10-11. Gives me a good break for 16 hours. Sometimes if I am not able to take my breakfast at 10 then I take it at 12 noon and then do the dinner directly at 6pm. It helps a lot. You will yourself feel the difference.
Its really good habbit....i m doing intermittent fasting from last 4 years and taking my dinner by 7:30 pm last....and my weight is now 68 kg from 85 kg.... its really work..... perfect video for whom who want to really loss their weight 👍👍👍

That’s a great Advice. Often people forget the basics due to a very busy life style. I have been following intermittent fasting lifestyle since last 4 years and along with Cold showers therapy. Our Aryuveda and ancient Indian knowledge is very powerful and I realised that after moving to NZ. I finish my dinner around 7PM and wake up at 5 AM. I take 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder, 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder and 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric and 1/4 teaspoons of black pepper powder with lukewarm water. Something I have been doing for a while and I have noticed tremendous improvement in my life. Keep up the great work you and your team are doing @fit tuber! All the best 🙏

I was 85kgs and had thyroid related issues and what not my diet was so so bad...
But from last 1 year I'm having my dinner by 6 (basically as soon as I come back from office shaam ka snacks band kr dia hai mene usi time he dinner kr leti hu ) and sleep by 11 ...I only eat heavy proper nutritional lunch like 2 roti dal sbzi salad and even rice ...other than that my breakfast and dinner are very light
Trust me you guys mene 15kg to bina exercise ke kam kia hai isi diet se and I walk alot that's it....and feel so much better

This is really true. 2 months before my weight was 118 kg
And I decided strongly to loss my fat. I eat only one meal in a day at 2pm and that was moong dal and daliya khichdi with 2 cucumber without salt, in vegetable only bottle guard. In evening 5pm I eat only one handful roasted chana and roasted peanut both without salt. And after 6 pm I eat nothing. And most important thing that I drink 5 to 6 litres warm water whole day. And now my weight is 92 kg. And as workout I walk 30 minutes in evening and morning and take simple exercise 30 minutes.
bro/sister you are doing good ..but not as much as you are thinking .... first at least complete your maximum 75gram minimum 50 gram protein .... from diet ...do not take any supplement ,,,, second ...you said you are doing just walking and some exercise ..for longevity body needs muscles .and muscle from from when you do some resistance workout ...if you loose muscle while doing your weight lose journey , tho bhai/behan koi fyada nehi huya body ko aapne sirf usse chalne phirne k liye tyar kr diya hai ...tho kuch .shdy body abhi thank you bol rehi hogi aapko lekin after muscle lose aapko gali degi so ..thda dyan do ...simple exercise ki jagga resistance workout add krdo
