Less than 30 seconds and probably my favorite action sequence of the whole movie. Also love that big daddy pumps the shotgun immediately after shooting it even though there’s no one left, he does it habitually since he’s very well trained and knows to always get the next round ready asap

Still come back to this every once in a while because it never ceases to inspire fear, admiration and sorrow. He doesn't say anything, and if not for the prior knowledge of his history, you'd STILL feel a rush of conflicting emotions. You see him as somewhat stand up and really has a knack for guns earlier but this was insane to me as a teen

I always felt the anger when he was physically hitting them, he had every chance to kill each of them. He wanted to FIGHT them.

My favorite memory from that game was clutching a win exactly like that, i exploded a wall and ran through expecting to die any moment, i was sledge so i just broke through walls when i needed my way out, i remember getting a message from my team mate, just three words; "You're my hero"
This is one of the best fight scenes ever made hands down and one of the best musical buildups ever orchestrated.

Best scene in any KickAss movie. The music is superb and I appreciate the way he clumsily climbs the stairs. Makes it come through that the armour is heavy, which supports how the bullets just bounce off.

wouldn't work, Frank would see Wick and Batman (assuming it's Thomas Wayne) as too close or just flat out as criminals (John being a gun for hire basicly and Flashpoint Thomas being an actual crime boss) McClane wouldn't like working with Castle as Castle is mostly seen as a murderous psycho, i doubt any of them would want to work with the comics Rorshach (the....basicly everything-phobic, conspiracy nut, incel he is) and BD would be propably the only one that would work with Frank...well the movie version, the comic BD i ain't too sure about.

In real life, people will likely won't take someone seriously in a superhero costume, but if that someone behaves and fights like Big Daddy, they would piss themselves in terror and regret taunting them if they come for them next.
I like to think that the superhero getup could help distract some foes because they won't know what to make of the guy with cowl and cape until he starts killing people left and right.

One Batman variation is when Bruces parents are killed infront of him, the Joker puts the gun down for a second to pick up the pearls and this time Bruce grabs the gun and kills the one who killed his parents. Then this becomes part of his Batman identity. A pro gun Batman is a scary thought

While I agree that quick repetitive camera cuts are kind of annoying and over used in action scenes now, it worked really well and this and it was kind of like reading a a comic since each cut was like a new panel.

I love how when the clip ends and the screen reverts back to the teddy cam perspective, it’s all grainy and where his eyes are is just a sinister grainy black .
