  • This is a DeWalt DCF787 brushless battery powered impact tool. If you own one of these and want to take it apart to replace the internal lubrication and do a cleaning this is the procedure that I have found to work well.

    Hi,
Came across your video and had a question. Wanted to know if the DCF 880 1/2 impact wrench front housing will fit or be swap out on a DCF 787 or 887 model.
The DCF 880 is a brush motor and the other are brushless.

Great video. Can a person order parts to replace worn out ones? What causes a bit to wabble? Is it the chuck or perhaps the bearing?

You can go on the dewalt website and find parts and documents and order parts from there, you just have to know what's wrong on it.

    Hi,
Which cleaner did you use to clean off all the old grease?
