I love the colors in this home. I once toured a model home and they had all the paint colors listed. I wish there was a way to list them in the videos. (I know, a very big ask.) Also, I believe that balcony is called a Juliet balcony, so your comments were very appropriate. 😂
I love the twists and turns of this home. Makes it feel older than it is. Open concept got a little too open for my taste. I like more carved out, dedicated spaces that flow into each other, especially if I’m the one paying $1.7 million for a home.
Timothy?? This is Farmhouse Chic!! Very Rural Looking And Very Standardized Designs!! Modern, But With A Twist Of Artistry!! From Room To Room Is Just Beautiful!! TONS Of Features Of All Kinds!! You Couldn't Of Shown A Better Looking Home!! Thank You!!
Beautiful home. Downside for me is having garage on opposite side of kitchen & the toilet a long hike from the bedroom. Do love the colors, wallpapers, wood accents, beams, 2ndary ensuite bedrooms etc. thank u for sharing this home tour.
The best layout I’ve ever seen on your channel! I’m a Malaysian and not interested in an open space concept but this layout can be customised according to needs. Thank you loads for sharing!
Wow love everything about this home i love the kitchen thd kitchen is amazing and the lau dry room is the best of all Thank you for showing us this amazing home Take care and god bless Best regards anja
One thing to consider is the chandelier in the master bedroom, not only cleaning but also replacing the lights. We have cathedral and use lights sparingly. What do other people do, Tim? This one is our favorite out of the group.
Timothy, I’am all for being different! I love the office space with all the built ins. The kitchen, living room, and the master is everything. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, fireplace inside, kitchen area, patio with fireplace, and other patio below. I really love the master bedroom with the bathroom and closets. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤
wow. I haven't seen many better homes. Timothy some of your pans (most) are super fast... They make it hard tp concentrate. Thanks for showing us beautiful homes
Like you I prefer the office to be a little private and not so open. More privacy, especially if you're on a phone call). Also, the "family ready room" as the builder calls it (mudroom/laundry room/extra storage, etc. by the garage) is so well thought out with the added dog wash area.
This is a beautiful home. I like the colors and the wall coverings. The laundry room is awesome! I’m a little disappointed in the ladies master closet. The other thing is that the laundry/mud room is off the carriage garage, not the main garage. I think that’s a major miss. You have to track through the house to put your coats, shoes, etc. away. EDIT: The 2nd story storage is in a BR?
Personally, I just watch for ideas to build houses on The Sims. And I can “motherlode” the crap out of my cheat codes and live that dream life! 😂 But I get it. I wish I was made of the kind of money to buy these in real life. So much I’d do with a home like this!
I thought for sure there would be a basement when you walked out the back and looked down. But don't be afraid of losing to much time to walk out there and film the home from the back .
Do anyone relize you can redo the lighting and colors and other thing. Instead of complain take time you can plane your home to your liking, this a model and can can be remodel to your liking. I would change things to my liking.
I haven't been saying much lately but that doesn't mean I'm not seeing the beautiful homes you tour. But I just HAD to comment on this one. I agree. This home is one I would love to never leave. I was thinking while watching this and I may get myself banned here but, we have a problem. There are several issues that I am referring to. It may seem like I am on a bunny trail but please join me and it will all be clear. I think we like to turn a blind eye sometimes. I have noticed that homes seem to kind of ebb and flow when it comes to the build quality. The homes that have been built over say the last 30ish years I have noticed are either more than the average person can ever come close to being able to afford. Or they seem almost disposable! People don't treat their homes (or possessions) very well. There are tons of empty homes but they go along with the empty jobs & homeless crisis in our nation. When I was growing up, the word "lifer" meant something different than it does today. Today it refers to somebody who is incarcerated for life ( that used to be til they died. Now it's til the prison is too crowded for them) When I was a child, a lifer worked for the same company from the time they were a teen until they retired. This often gave them a kind of apprenticeship. Those that went a different route and attended college would still be in the same field if not job for most if not all of their career. By that time they saved a good "nest egg" . The "American dream" was to own a home when my grandparents parents and I were young. Now jobs sit empty because employers can't afford to pay what people feel is a fair wage . But since they can't many young people aren't willing to work even for what used to be "starter jobs". And people can't afford single income households so a parent staying home with the kids is very rare unless one or both partners has at least one side hustle. Homes can't cost as much to build because they aren't as high quality as they once were. Except in our current economy building costs are high. Over the generations we haven't taken care of our environment and at least in my area there is no longer a local dump and garbage has to be trucked elsewhere. I promised my little bunny 🐇 would find it's way home. It makes me sad seeing homes that sit empty and have everything in them that a person needs including beds. Then we have so many people who are in life or death situations sleeping under bridges, at shelters, in parks, etc.
Do you film the intro after you've recorded the house. I've noticed that you talk about how great these houses are and then go and say you haven't seen past the kitchen.
I guess these builders think people spend more time do a laundry, then cooking. Not that the kitchen isn’t amazing but what a disappointingly small pantry compared to the super massive laundry room.
When you look up reviews of Drees homes their REAL reviews are not stellar. Many people say the positive reviews were written by employees..I’m wondering if anyone has had experience using them to build a home. I’d love to know if they are a builder I should or shouldn’t consider
LOVE LOVE LOVE the laundry area with all the storage and folding space AND a dog washing station!! Finally!
Nice to see at least a tiny bit of separation between kitchen and living room
I love the colors in this home. I once toured a model home and they had all the paint colors listed. I wish there was a way to list them in the videos. (I know, a very big ask.)

Even though I can't afford this house, I love seeing it and getting ideas.
One of my favorites too. Love the colors, ceilings, layout, everything.
That shower in the guest bathroom-- bellissimo!❤
The colors in this home are beautiful. The vaulted ceiling really does make for a great living space.
Gorgeous home. I like the whole floor plan. Running to buy lottery tickets now 😉😉😉😁
I've watched a lot of your videos but this is the best house layout I've seen. I just saved it to a playlist incase i ever win the lottery!

Oh my gosh love the rooms upstairs have personal bathrooms parents or parent dream for the children's no fuss over bathriom time.
Beautiful. They've worked so much effecient/useful storage space into this house.
One thing to consider is the chandelier in the master bedroom, not only cleaning but also replacing the lights. We have cathedral and use lights sparingly. What do other people do, Tim? This one is our favorite out of the group.

I really love this video. Thank you.
Greetings from Nha Trang city, Vietnam
Thanks for the tour Timothy, beautiful home 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🏡🏡🏡🏡👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
I’m pretty sure that is actually called a Juliet balcony!
Juliet balcony?

Toll brothers finally has a competitor. Its name is Drees homes!!!!
Semi-open is so much nicer than wide open spaces. I like defined spaces. I hope the open trend is coming to an end.
This is absolutely fabulous! The design layout is a true winner… 🏆 Is Tennessee still booming?
Everyone I talked to said yes. Still selling as fast as they can build
wcan you add floor colors and paint colors to the homes that your tour? would love using for redesigning homes
I'd replace the pet washing station with freezer space, even though there a fridge in there. I do a lot of freezing.
idky but smokin and jokin cracked me up. lol tfs
No basement? Are they in a high water table area?
W❤W !!
This is a beautiful home. I like the colors and the wall coverings. The laundry room is awesome!

I'd make that upstairs storeroom in that bdrm into another closet.
only the laundry area is the best
What was in the door across from the office?
That might have been the door into the main garage.
Why bother to show a 1.6 million home? Nothing over 300 thousand, even that's a bit high for most.
Because it’s fun to look at and you can take some ideas from these houses and use them in a smaller house, alike layout or whatever.
Personally, I just watch for ideas to build houses on The Sims. And I can “motherlode” the crap out of my cheat codes and live that dream life! 😂 But I get it. I wish I was made of the kind of money to buy these in real life. So much I’d do with a home like this!
You forgot the pantry behind the kitchen!
It’s a Juliet balcony
The colours in this home start off as beautiful until you come to the ugly brown of the kitchen
Juliet balcony. "Romeo, Romeo, do you have a Cameo? Juliet, Juliet, if it is a cigarette.
I thought for sure there would be a basement when you walked out the back and looked down. But don't be afraid of losing to much time to walk out there and film the home from the back .
Another underwhelming pantry, but high marks for the master bedroom, en suite, and laundry room.

The interior design was ghastly. It can ruin a home. Blue teal drapes and walls all over? Barf.
