The shoes indoors 😵💫 the shoes on the bed 😵💫😵💫 THE HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! The Scandinavian parts are so well done 🤩 The polished concrete are gorgeous!! And the stairs turned out better than the original plan , it’s a warm grand feel The car porch thingy gorgeous detail, the cars parked outside adds such a vibe to the whole house
I like what you did on your special home. It takes an enormous amount of will to get this done and yet you’re only 25. Proud of you. You may be describing a Porte-cochère as your garage and I agree. You made your curb appeal interesting without a garage door. I studied architecture and I appreciate your heart-felt perspective on your very cool build. You’ve accomplished so much on your own instincts. That’s awesome. God bless you and your young family. I wish you success. ❤
Been following you since the beginning of the build brother. All I can say is wow. For how young you are, you are doing amazing. This motivates the hell out of me. Sent this video to all my GC buddies. You gave me a bunch of ideas I want to incorporate into my future custom home. Good stuff man proud of you.
Hey man, I’m 22 and seeing what you’ve got going on at 25 really fires me up to keep going. Big congrats on the new place, it’s seriously one of the sickest homes I’ve seen on TH-cam! Thanks for the inspiration!
Those polished concrete floors came out a lot better than I expected, even though you had some issues with flatness in certain areas. Definitely some inspirational content you are creating and congratulations on your newborn son. I know how it feels man to have a little mini me running around. It’s wild. Congratulations again, home looks amazing.
Really have enjoyed this series. Thanks for sharing Casey. So many critics here and honestly, f em. You did great job. Appreciate the sincerity throughout this process
Wow man. I’ve been watching this whole series and I’m SUPER IMPRESSED that you pulled this off. And so fast! Congrats and looking forward to more builds in the future 🎉
Only cause you asked eventhough I know you'll turn your office into soothing great cause your ideas are always great and dead on point. I would incorporate pictures of your 1st builds and your TH-cam plaques 1st checks and probably a design area for future projects just as motivation from where you've started to where your going. Good luck and thank you so much my brother for sharing your life with you 🙏 ❤️ 😊
Congrats Case, you should feel really proud of what you’ve accomplished thus far. It’s a lot of fun to watch and I can relate. I’m in Texas too (Dallas) and have a 19 month old girl with a boy due any day now, and I’m doing the same thing as you, except with rehabbing rather than building - so smaller scale salary and smaller scale investing budget, but same investing methodology, where the all-in cost is maximum 75% of appraised value. I have picked up a lot and am looking at building in 2025 thanks to your videos and encouragement, so keep the it up Case and please keep sharing with us as well!
great job man...small suggestion its barely noticable but aesthetically makes big difference on the finish product...go with the screwless wall switch and outlet covers.. Lutron ones if the budget allows. leviton works too
A carport is a shelter under which cars are parked. Usually its sides are open. A porte cochere, on the other hand, is meant for vehicles to pass through.
I've followed you the whole journey of this home build. It looks amazing and hats off to you for taking chances and making it happen. Much respect. Looking forward to your next adventure .
Super interesting to hear your thought process behind every choice. Beautiful volumes, love all the windows around the table. You realy can do whatever you want when you design it yourself. A builder would think COST with every ask and dissuade you.
I very rarely ever comment on TH-cam but man seeing you build this home added motivation for me to start my own home building company. Keep up the great work! (Currently building 22 homes for another homebuilder)
As far as spray painting a mural for the office, maybe have it spray painted on a canvas that can be split into 3, and hang it in the office (idk why I'm suggesting this, the thought kinda came randomly lol)
love the content brotha!! you pushed me into buying my first fixer upper home to just get my foot into the door with eventually making my dream home!!!! keep posting these videos excited to see whats next
Congrats brotha! I live in LA and do real estate here. If this house was here in LA, you’re looking at 20-25 mil property. Keep giving value to the people..
i just finished the whole playlist of the build besides the full movie. Case i think you should add a "B roll" video of all the times you seen the subcontractors standing around that would be funny in my opinion
Brilliant new built property, well done, keep up the good work 👏 keep the content flowing.. Can't believe it's taken 5 months to build. If that was the UK, it would have taken a year 😅 and a bit..
Case, for this to be your first dream build... you put a lot of seasoned developers to shame. What I hope you can share with us in the future is the cost breakdown, and what it eventually appraised for. BTW, I am a big believer in building your own home... is better than buying from a developer who's going to markup the costs 25-40%!!
I know total stud hight for 2x4s cannot go past 10ft w/o design. So if you have 1 bottom plate and 2 top plates then you’d be 4.5 inch over the limit until you hit lateral support. How do you get around this? Did you use 2x6s? Shave a bit off the studs? Does the inspector just not care?
Who else gasped at 8:56 when you saw his sneaker on that white comforter !!!?? C'mon Case ... you know better!!!
Me lol I was mad he didn't take it off lol
I totally agree with you
He’s white lol
