Lovely rustic and yet with the modern amenities. I am sure they are really enjoying living here especially with the view and access to the lake.
This is truly perfect for me. The walk-in tub, the craft room and the 3-season room are the spaces I’d live in. And all the warm wood and exquisite stone counter tops make me drool. And the multi-colored tile floor in the laundry is so attractive. Plus, two lofts filled with books. Wonderful! My thanks to you and everyone involved in giving you access to this dream home.

I love Golden Eagle homes; they don’t play around. I’m not an expert, but I believe that rough hewn kitchen countertop edge is referred to as a “chiseled edge.” You typically see it with granite, although I often see it with concrete countertops; they even make edge molds for it.
I love their homes, I really liked the bedroom lofts but they needed different access points

Golden Eagle are design genius's. Customized to whatever you want and the best quality materials always. This one is very close to what I'd want. The basic first floor is nearly right on, I'd just want a Closet at the front entry. Love the detached Garage.
Tim, I wonder if that door in the Craft Room was more than a closet, it could have been a huge room under the Garage. I see it was a large room for the Mechanicals, but not under the Garage. Making that area under the Garage available and deeper would be a great option...there's your Basket Ball Court or other sport room like maybe a Racket Ball Court.
It was. After looking at the plans they sent it looked to be a utility room.
The exterior, the views the plan was amazing. The interior is dated… so much potential. You always do fantastic tours!

I always love seeing that builders homes. They do some of those beautiful log cabin rustic homes I’ve ever seen. This home I particularly like the old world fuel that it has inside. The sheet rock between the timber frame really emphasizes that old world feel!

Thank you for the tour of this spectacular house. It's big and kind of sprawling but maintains that cosy feeling that makes you feel right at home. Loved seeing the mini library lofts and the great craft room. The pantry was really innovative with the push button opener for the door. Even though it's cosy, at the same time it's darkish and somber, don't know if I could live in it for any length of time. But really well done, again thanks for the tour. Take care and enjoy the coolness while in the north. I'm here broiling in 100°+ heat. We're going for the most 100°+ days in July. Bah!!!!

What a stunning home! Finally a house with a dedicated crafting room (woohoo). Huge thanks to the home owners for allowing us into their gorgeous house! I love the floating glass shelves in the showers. That dining table was beautiful! I am wondering if the lady of the house was crafty and made the quilts on all the beds? I noticed her room was mostly scrapbooking though…. That kitchen and pantry? Sigh! Totally incredible. I could certainly see myself in a similar set up. 😊❤

Top notch materials and finish by the builder. Love the deck and all-seasons room. Might have to do something like that for our home.
But I really don't like the design. Lots of small things: stand-alone fridge in the kitchen (made more sense seeing the butlers pantry but still...), lack of real mud room, privacy destroying lofts (who thought that was a good idea!), very tight master closet, no real laundry area, small fourier with no closet or storage (in Minnesota no less!), no small hallway or additional door to create an extra degree of separation for the master suite, office was clearly just a repurposed bedroom, hidden speakers in the theater delivering who knows what audio quality, didn't seem like many storage or linen closets, and probably a few more. At the price point (between $2mm to $3mm) I wouldn't have expected to see issues like that.

There's a panelized refrigerator in the kitchen plus the one in the Pantry.

Did not like this home
Too brutal design. Too many different shades of wood - creates a kind of visual noise. Too many shelves with various junk are blood from the eyes for a minimalist. The best thing about this house is the view of the lake.
