So I used to appreciate the Toll Brothers homes I would see on videos from Texas. They began building in GA and boy the disappointment when it comes to build quality. It’s atrocious. The price they are asking for, for 💩 work is sad. Now my comment isn’t to take away from your video. It’s a beautiful house from a distance. But I don’t like that TB is about illusion and not quality. Just my personal, up close visual opinion.
Till brothers makes the plans most of the time they don’t build them there selves they contract it out to companies

I think this house is uniquely beautiful but what is up with the media room the movie room why are the seats parallel to the TV shouldn’t seating in front of the TV so you wouldn’t have to turn your neck to look at television, it would be super uncomfortable. I have to say told brother dropped the ball on that one.
Another thing upstairs before you get to the theater room that room right there with the shuffleboard looking game in there what is the deal with the extra little small wooden bars that partially blocks the TV on the wall? What is the purpose of that?
Also, your mudroom and room are not truly a dedicated workout room. It’s too small, just speaking my opinion and asking questions.
The problem with duel 2 car garages in the front like the first house had is your entire view of the front yard is just a concrete driveway. That gorgeous dining room window will look out over a driveway.
Yes, essentially a motor court! If you like landscaping in 80% of the yard, it might be best to go with a 3-Car tandem garage 👏🏼 Thank you for watching 🙏🏼
@@housetoursinternational I live in a neighborhood with Toll Brothers and Highland homes. We chose Highland with a 4 car tandem garage (3 doors but one is double length). It does provide nicer views out of the front windows.

Very nice tours however, I would LOVE it, IF you would really FOCUS on some of the HARD SURFACE MATERIALS, for ie; the FLOORS, IF you would LET US KNOW if it's hardwood / engineered flooring & the type of species ALSO would really like to SEE MORE of the BATHROOM'S HARD SURFACES on the floors and SHOWERS, it seems a bit rushed when you're in those areas.... Please and Thank You. 🫠💕
