The new Hildir's Request update makes it so that Workbenches, Forges and (I presume) Stonecutters have CYLINDRICAL build range radius (so perfect vertical range), instead of SPHERICAL (reduced range at the outer vertical borders... due to how a spheres work), no word if this will also affect comfort items (would make building with floors much easier), but fingers crossed.
To see how many stacks of comfort you currently have, you can look to the left of the mini map and it will tell you with your Resting buff. As for the range, it won’t tell you specifically what is out of range, it’s just trial and error to find out if something is too far.
I appreciate this quick and easy run-down. Thanks for making this! 🙏❤️
Another way to get the maypoles & yule trees is to wait for the seasonal patch each year, assuming Devs agree to keep offering that little perk.
We will see!
Maypole is currently available to build, its for the midsummer time

If those changes make it to live, that'll be awesome!
So, rugs don't stack anymore since Mistlands?
They do not.
is there a way to know how many stacks you have or if one is out of range?
How many stacks of comfort?
@@quicksandriggs yeah, for each different item you can place that gives you additional comfort is a stack of comfort
