Exactly. The 1st gen and pre-facelift 2nd gen Fits have started to go up in value on the sly. I have seen some clean high mileage examples some with over 200k miles going for $6k-$12k. I work at a dealership. I actually witnessed a 2010 Honda Fit Sport with 180k miles was sold for $11k. I mean Honda Fits are some itty bitty bulletproof little soldiers. You can beat on them and they still run like new the next day and the next day. It's crazy on how much stress that little L15 1.5 VTEC can take. Little engine take stress better than most V8s.
Great 1st car for a college kid, a great 2nd car for a full family, a great daily commuter, a fun road trip car and it is an excellent car for Instacart, Amazon Flex or move 75% of a one bedroom Apartment.
@@SouthsideKidd550 Recently purchased an 06 Fit near identical to the one in the video but its the auto 7speed with paddle shifters. 200k kms on the clock, Paid 2k NZD and it is easily the best car I've ever owned, reliable, incredibly cheap to run, 'zippy' as hell, surprisingly spacious and feels like driving a racing gokart on the road. 10/10 There's something magic about it no wonder 'Top gear' named it the second best car ever made.

Ugh, I wish I could FEEL the difference in the drive from before and after! I have a 2011 Honda Fit Sport and am looking to do simple mods that improve quality of life and enjoyment as a daily. Maybe if I hit the lotto I'd do an engine swap lol, but until them it'll be a long budget friendly process and approach from me. Really enjoying your content! Keep the dream alive 😁🙏

Mines did the same there was a wire making cut and cutting off and d4 kept blinking and I got it fix and it’s good

Hi, I am the owner of a 2004 Honda Jazz with a 1.4 DSI engine, and I am facing an issue that I can't resolve. In short, the thermostat got stuck, causing the coolant to boil and blow the radiator. I replaced the thermostat, radiator, and coolant, but I can't get heating into the cabin. I haven't tested if the head gasket is blown, but the oil seems fine, the car doesn't smoke unusually, and the pressure in the cooling system seems normal. My question is, is there some bleeder valve? I was bleeding air by leaving the radiator cap open. When the car is warmed up, the two pipes leading to the cabin remain cold.

I learned on TH-cam. Bought one in NJ and drove back to the BX. It's possible. Scary though! Took 1-3 months to really be confident.
