Thank you for the video, very well done!
Not sure if important, but in the manual they sent me, at page 17 they say to use zone fill (the valve and port above the drain valve) when refilling after changing the sensor.
My brand new MH has a faulty control thermostat, wish I tested at the dealer before pickup...
Aquahot does not offer a free replacement unless I take it to one of their dealers (not worth it, would cost me more in diesel and time).
Best way to confirm if sensor is bad do a test bypass (remove connections and reconnect by using a 10A fuse). If your system starts, then is the sensor.

Thank you for your compliments! The previous control thermostat replacement we did, I filled according to the manual and used the fill valve However, it allowed air to get into the system easier, and i saw another youtuber do it from the lower drain valve, with great results, so that's how i did it since. Yes, we're aware of using a fuse to test to see if the control thermostat has failed. Happy camping!

I replaced my control thermostat on a 400d without draining any fluid. Just switch it out quickly.

Unfortunately, not an option for the 250d, due to the small space limitations. But it's not so much a hassle to do the job now that I have the right equipment. Thanks for leaving a comment!

@@TheRVkeys In my opinion your thermostat on your Aquahot is much much easier to get at then my 400D. My unit is recessed in the compartment so you have to crawl into the compartment. I had to use a wrench to remove the sensor.
