Fermented carrot sticks are a great snack, one of my favorites for some extra gut health without wanting a meal.

The first thing I ever fermented was carrot sticks. Loved them then and love them still.

Great video, thanks for sharing. I watched it with my hubby who is jumping ‘all in’ into fermentation thanks to Fermented February. Amazon is coming by daily with lids, weights and gadgets he bought for fermentation. He’s making and trying all the things.
