In this workout Meredith will be guiding you through one of THE BEST seated and standing posture, balance and stretch routines. This is another one of our "Best Of" workouts that consist of the most efficient movements that promote building balance, strength and flexibility.
This is both a seated and standing workout using all areas of the body. Maintaining good balance, posture and flexibility uses many muscles in the body and they are required to work in harmony with each other. Thus this exercise concentrates on all muscles of the body and works them together for the best results.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable and don't cause you any pain or discomfort. Remember to always keep water close by and have a great workout!

I’m not sure that I would have found this video with just a search for ankle mobility. It just what I needed.

So good to work with ankles, this body part gets neglected way too much in workouts. As a skater it’s so vital to have strong ankles and shins.❤❤❤

Yes, Patricia, you can add very light weights/wrist weights to make it a more strength training workout instead of a stretch.
I am using your custom workout plan which is great. and this was one of the exercises under cardio. I thought this would be too easy but was wrong. It is a great for balance cardio and core. I am 78 years old but you are keeping my body young. You are tremendous helping us seniors with your wonderful attitude, carefully crafted workout routine. Thank you also for your live stream videos. I was like, "what am I gonna do with everyone today..." I thought I'd mix it up with your seated arm workout, followed by one of your balance programs, and end with a stretch. I open up TH-cam and what do I find?.... Thanks Meredith! P.S. Even though there was no equipment I really felt this workout. How many times per week do you suggest this workout be done?
This can be done daily if wanted, but 2-3 is a great start!
