    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through another one of our "BEST OF" series workouts featuring a seated core and abs routine perfect for beginners or anyone looking to get a great ab workout in.
    This is one of our "BEST OF" series exercises which take the most effective moves in a seated position to allow you to benefit from gaining strength, toning muscles and strengthening your support and balance. The moves in this video are designed to be a collection of some of Meredith's best moves to achieve results when properly executed on a consistent basis.
    As always, remember to keep your water close by, use a sturdy chair and take breaks when you need to. Never force any movements that cause you pain or discomfort and most of all have a great workout!

    I just turned 43 but I have Spondylosis, Fibromyalgia and other issues. I was having terrible dizzy spells and can't lay flat because of my neck. I was struggling to find a way to strengthen my abs and this was a lifesaver! Thank you so much! God bless you and your great work.

    Hi Meredith, I am 67 years old and in a wheelchair due to an autoimmune condition. I have reversed the autoimmune issues to the point that I am starting to exercise. Do you have video's that are workout sessions that I can just hit play on my iPhone or laptop and be led through the exercise programs with appropriate rest periods in between. I have all the equipment and am ready to go. If not, do you know where I can get this sort of content. I've already set up your video's so that I can click on a link and be taken to a specific video, but would really love it if I could just be led through the exercises, as if I was being led through the exercise programs face to face. Thank you for all of your hard work. And please let me know of any other support that you think will help. Mike

    Meredith please could you do a workout with a gym ball as the workouts I do in the chair put so much pressure on the lower back it decomes painful ,I would be so grateful if you could.

    Meredith, some of your followers need to make our core stronger however some including myself have a bit of a belly, some of you core exercises are impossible for us to do. Could you do a core workout to help those of us with weight issues.

    This really was good for range of motion and strengthening. Not too difficult but still i could feel my muscles working.

    I have limited mobility due to old injuries and find standing exercises impossible. These are brilliant for me - I can definitely feel it working.
