Just came across your channel and you quickly became my favorite TH-cam chef. I hope you start making videos again. Every video I watch I’m like “damn this guy speaks my language. This is exactly how I’d make it!”

This guy is totally me. I also don't like when dishes leave the shrimp tail on except for sushi then I just eat the tempura shrimp with the tail on lol.

Dude, you just contaminated the hell outta the hot sauce, the buttermilk, & whatever else you’re about to touch w/those gloves. Thought the thumbnail looked great but cross contamination is a rookie move.

Great observation. I cook a lot and thats why I don't use gloves when cooking. I constantly wash my hands at every step, that guarantees no cross contamination from touching everything else. Plus I know this sounds crazy but I want to "feel" the food as I am preparing it. For bones, shells, grizzle etc Although I do like this channel good content and maybe he changed his gloves and didn't tell us ?

Oh my gosh… “dude” how did he contaminate the hot sauce? Do you mean the bottle? Same with the buttermilk, do you mean the carton? and what did he contaminate them with… the likely freshly washed shrimp? lol!! don’t live life scared man. try thinking.

Dude why do people feel the need to comment over someone else's video and tell them what to do or give a solicited advice that was not even necessary or ask for. When I cook I will turn around and wash off my spices and other things that I have touched. And never had any issues. You really should stay in your lane.
