A little tip on peeling and deveining the shrimp from someone that catches and eats about 200 lbs a year with my family. Use a deveining tool or one of the outside tines of a dinner fork starting from the upper end of the shrimp and run through to the tail to butterfly and separate the shell in one motion. MUCH faster.
I made this dish and it was fantastic. I added orange, lemon & lime juice & zest and no honey for my own spin...but I give you credit for the base and inspiration. You da man!!!🔥💥🔥
