20 min STANDING YOGA | Half Moon Flow | Intermediate Yoga

  • Welcome to a 20 min Standing Yoga Flow - in this practice, we will move through a few variations of the Half Moon pose, so prepare a yoga block if you'd like to use it in this pose. All poses in this class are standing poses, level - solid intermediate I think :D If you feel like you need a bit more warm-up before this flow, try starting with a few rounds of Sun Salutations or any 10 minute yoga video from my channel :)
    A tip for better balance: thick yoga mats often make it harder to balance because you feel
    less connected to the floor (if you place a yoga mat on the carpet, it can be even harder to balance). I'm using a thin travel yoga mat on a hard floor for better balance in this video :) If you feel wobbly on your mat, try doing the same pose on the floor and see if you can notice the difference.
