We have also lost 1) almost 2/3 of the texts with the bulk of chikitsas and treatments avaiable in ancient days. 2) more than 7/8ths of the enormous range of herbs available in the days of Dandākaranya and other dense forests and wetlands. Plant diversity in India has steadily collapsed in the last 1000 years, and getting further degraded extremely rapidly in the last 25 years. There can be no Sanatana संस्कृति without प्रकृति। We choose to keep competing with China and the USA in filling our lives up with - junk.
when your day used be focussed on ensuring your next meal.. & everything pretty much came to stand still after sunset.., there was no time for junk. industrialization / technology comes with byproducts which cannot be ignored.
Though my field of study is different, I literally enjoyed and learnt soo many things.... I'm soo astonished.. That how our ancestors recorded great amount of details for human welfare just by OBSERVING..... Hats off to those "Super - Humans"....
I think we should do a survey, in CBSE schools and . I think majority of students love science but many end up taking Humanities . If we could make sanskrit our national language and our vedic maths, Science, Polity, Astrology etc We shoul file a .... At Supreme Court. I think Indian students lean more towards maths Don't u think. We could sign a petition.Not history , history should start in 11, Bcuz' The history, Polity, is and will be manipulated. No. Bhagavan is reality. our existence did not just pop into being. And we can communicate with the divine person. These Rishis became fit vessels to receive and dispense these categories of knowledge Bhagavan wanted to give. It seems many. of us want to discount Bhagavan and relegate any "mystical" aspects of the vedas and Puranas to fancy tales woven around the basic facts. The Samskritam literature and samskriti culture will forever remain close to those, such as modernists who try to extract pieces of information they deem useful to enhance their perspectives, instead of understanding the culture on its own terms. What is being given is not useful information but a perspective on existence, which is there to culture our own development of consciousness to satisfy our hearts desire to unite with our Divine beloved. It is a matter of consciousness more than of information. Let's not lose the forest for a tree.

Ayurveda is about increasing immunity and treating the disease from root. While western medicine is only about treating the symptoms. But there's much more in Ayurveda, and people are realising it's benefits now 🙏🚩
But before treating disease from root patient not die 🤣 Ayurveda can treat only small disease like cough,sneez not the major disease like heart attack which needs fast result and this are more life threatening so that's why modern medicine is best and it's life saving while Ayurveda just like home remedy nothing to do with life....

Very well presented. In the present day, a good plan is- ayurvedam as health maintenance and modern medicine for emergency and technical needs, based on a life platform of ashthanga yoga. Ayurvedam really works. When i had a backpain i went to a ayurveda doctor. And he gave some medicines and told me to not sleep with a cushion under my head and i did it and the pain was gone in just 3 days.

Most of the knowledge for medicine comes from the ancient folk but synthesized in laboratories for mass production, eg today Turmeric Tablets, in the west. Also in the 17th century they started wich hunts and burned them on the stack. Because they were the women who had knowledge of ailments and made traditional potions, their remedies are still in use in Europe, etc. Same principals are being applied to the Global Farming BUSINESS " BY LARGE WTO. UN, AND BILL GATES, BYRNE MONSANTO, HANDFUL OF PEOPLE WANT TO CONTROL THE WORLD FARMING INDUSTRY.
