  • Here is the parts list needed to replace the TPS. They are all HD numbers.
    1ea - KIT, throttle position sensor Part no. 27629-01A
    2 ea - SEAL, intake (2) Part no. 26995-86B
    2 ea - O-RING Part no. 11290
    2 ea - O-RING Part no. 11351

    Hey, thanks for your videos about the XR, not much content around on these, especially here in Germany. Maybe it would be possible for you to upload a short clip with your idle set to a thousand, 900 and 850, 800rpm to hear the sound difference. I‘m thinking about getting a powervision but am not sure if it is worth the invest just for tinkering with the idle.

      I could do that but you are not really supposed to have it idle less than 900 rpm due to it causing low oil pressure.

      @@xpsgarage yup, I know. It’s just out of curiosity. But still I don’t think that it’ll harm your engine more than for example a serious amount of cold starts. Cheers!

    What that instrument you using to messure the diff. Value with?

      That is the Power Vision Black series tuner from Dynojet. Very handy tool but a bit pricey.
