    Thank you SO much!! For someone who was feeling really depressed yesterday as I have NO floor space to do a workout- living in a flat - and having done no exercise since lockdown (bad back, really painful shoulder) my only option was to go for a walk - but I live in the middle of a town - so why would I want to briskly walk with a face mask through loads of people! 15 mins in a small space at the end of my bed and I have worked up a sweat! I’m so happy you have posted this - and it was easy to do ( I’m retired so not so nimble these days either! 🤣) I will start with 15 mins once a day and work myself up to a double dose! Xx

    Loving workouts! I appreciate non annoying voice and music. In addition, really appreciate you sticking to the task as oppose to personal chit chat.
    Thank you, grateful for the variety and video clock. Just what I was looking for one and/or two miles to accommodate ballet barre. 68 years young, senior friendly!🙂

    Use to do this with a step platform for 1.5 hrs straight. Loved it. 😍

    Thank you for this well timed video. One can usually get in a fair amount of steps early morning, but evenings are too hot. This walk out video is perfect for getting in those last steps! 😎🤗🤓

    I just tried this workout for the first time because I didn’t feel like getting out and walking. It was GREAT! I was surprised at how many calories I burned for just 15 minutes (120). I will definitely be adding this to my workout regimen. Thanks so much!!

    This reminds me of Charlene Pritchard (sp?)! I used watch her on TV and workout in my living room! I still have her VCR tapes 🙄 Anyway you've inspired me! I'm going to start with this video and try to get back in shape!

    I appreciate walking videos but I do have a suggestion. It would be way easier to follow if her moves went along with the beat of the music.
