    Hello to you host, when I had my symptoms with my cancer that I did not know yet, I have this lower back pain super intense, your channel become my favorite place to stay. But now I become cancer free I still love your channel, it helps a lot your whole being doing workout everyday.

      @@BobandBrad I have severe osteoporosis, arthritis and 5 lumbar compression fractures I had 8 years ago have gotten worse. I’m a patient at Mayo in Scottsdale, Az in the pain management department. I just had my second epidural at L5 and S1. Today is the first time I’ve been out by of pain for Dec30th. I love your videos, especially this osteoporosis one. I had breast cancer in 99 with chemo ( taxotere) in a clinical trial in Dallas) and radiation. I still believe the Taxotere caused my osteoporosis. What’s your thoughts? Have you had clients with the same history?

    You Guy's have helped me with my neck injury when I damaged a vertebrae year's ago doing too heavy over head Heavy presses behind neck and also impingement with going too heavy again. I don't do these certain exercises and I listen to all your pro advice. No neck pains or shooting pains from neck to shoulder area, all caused whilst training when in pain but carried on🤯. THE OLD MANTRA OF NO PAIN NO GAIN DIDN'T HELP BUT LOTS DID IT IN DAY. CHEERS GUY'S AND ENJOYING WORK OUT ROUTINES. 👍👍👍🙏

    Thanks for this . I tried my old dumbbells and was finding it difficult to exercise (did not use for 10 years). Will try this routine for few days to regain my muscles which in 50s May take time,

      I started doing 10 to 12 minutes of functional stretching and exercise during the pandemic. Now I'm up to 45 minutes to an hour. Then I take the dogs for a 20 minute walk. I just turned 61. It did take time to gain strength but now I look forward to my workout. Love all your videos Bob and Brad and Jordan

    Great little workout. By the end, my arms felt stronger than at the beginning. I just could have used some more tricep work, please ~ that's always the toughest to tone! Thank you!

      Maybe start without weights. Once that's easy to do, add in soup cans or 500ml water bottles. If that's also easy, move to 750ml, when that becomes easy, then 1 litre ...slowly increasing it after the previous weight gets pretty easy to do. You'll get 1kg+ dumbbells. Before that use filled water bottles.
