    Yes!! I am a stroke survivor and use a portable ballet barre to keep from falling. I can hold on with my hands (so no arm movements) for a FANTASTIC leg workout while training my brain and leg movement for walking!!!! YAY!!!

      Pro trick : watch movies at kaldrostream. I've been using them for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.

    I've been walking everyday. But it's 105 in the shade outside right now! This is great to be able to just stand in one spot and do it.. I'm not coordinated enough for all this but hopefully I'll get better lol.

    I love this workout ❤️ I had a TKR in December and it has taken me this long to get my mojo back. When I first tried this I couldn’t even do 10 minutes but now I can do the full 20 minutes feeling slightly breathless and sweating which proves it did what it intended. Thank you 🙏🏽

    This looks amazing... I've recently discovered Bob and Brad after injuring my shoulder and their advice and ideas have really helped - THANK YOU BOTH. On top of this, an exercise routine that should get me active again and that I can follow along in time... I'll be walking back to happiness 🚶‍♀️😁

    I have incomplete SCI from auto accident in 1968. This was an awesome workout for me! Did it all lying down in bed. Including this in with my pandemic workout routine! Thanks!

    Great workout. I'm a lifelong exerciser who had to slow down/modify when aging prevented certain moves. Then went to zero when had a hip replacement. (Did all post-op exercises!) I'm 9 months post-op, I walk daily, and thought this routine would be no sweat. Joke on me! It was a workout and I feel good after doing it. Thanks.

    This was a simple and easy to follow workout with motivating music. I do wish the steps would have been better aligned with the beat of the music, but I just did it without looking at the screen too much and it was fine. Easy to scale up or down, intensity-wise.

    What does "core braced" mean? Do "core braced" for the entire 20 minutes?

      Keeping good posture ie: back straight, shoulders back (but not to far of course) and tummy tight. Don’t forget to breathe;-)

      Hold your stomach muscles in while keeping your back straight and shoulders back. This is bracing your core.

      I was joking about ‘don’t forget to breathe’. When I used to take aerobics years ago the instructor would say it when she said ‘brace your cores’. Instead of just tightening ab muscles and standing straight a lot of people would suck in their belly. In the process temporarily holding their breath.lol. I always found it funny she had to remind us ;-)

    I fell asleep 5 mins in. Very reptitive. As an ADHD affected person, this doesn't help. I just made up my own stuff. Also the non stop talking everyone feels the need to do from beginning to end doesn't help.
