    I did some stretching, a little calisthenics and this video. Got to admit, this made me sweat. Measured glucose numbers before and after and the after number was really up.
    Got to be the workouts fault. Gotta blame something.

    It looked great, and the music is actually energizing. But it is not in sync with her movements, so I get totally confused. I am actually unable to do this exercise when the rythm in her movements is so different from the rythm in the music. Such a pity :-(

    This really raises my heart rate without high impact. I was really surprised but love it.
