A great tip I discovered to give the tofu a more beef like texture is I crumble it slightly and put it in my air fryer for about 15 minutes before adding it in with the veggies 😊Love all your recipes!!!!

Gonna try this but I'm swapping the tofu for hot Italian sausage and dumping the celery, carrot and soy sauce. Tossing in a green pepper to boot. The fire roasted peppers at the end is a genius touch.

Soy sauce is a staple for me. It adds that extra umami flavor which makes dishes like this richer.
