Can this Asana be done by patients suffering from Spinal Arthropathy ? because the orthopedicians do not advice this kind of bending movements of spine . Look forward to your valuable feedback.

How many times we should repeat these asanas
Mam I am a 15 years girl recently I had a ovarian cyst surgery. After surgery my spine became so much week and so much back pain and neck pain due to this am not able to go school so please Mam show any solution to my problem also I'm using table for this but no use
