I think it's a half puff pastry. More nutrition than the way I make half puff. A beautiful dough to handle, it rolls out so easily, similar method to mine. But mine is hard work.Very nice to make for the family and friends. ......Must have tea!

1 package active dry yeast is how much in teaspoon or tablespoons or in grams? Will the result be still as flaky as the bread made by using fresh yeast?
No way this recipe is 250ml oil 250 ml water plus 250ml yoghurt. Far too much liquid for 4 and a half cups of flour. Just wasted the whole recipe. Your recipes are normally spot on but these measurements must be wrong surely
