These predator motors are ridiculous, 12t clutch, jetted with intake and straightpipe, I've blown away a NiNJA 250 (inline two cylinder) in first gear pull. These motors are torque monsters. 6.5HP is bullshit, without the governor, stock it will push 8hp without jetting.
If you end up going with a billet rod and a cam up the stiffness on your valve springs. Also hemi's are more prone to valve/piston contact. I run a cheap tach to keep an eye on rpm. Very nice looking bike! Great job!👍
Hey I have one the same color as yours and I love the shape.... it's bigger than the taco's and a lot of the other bikes but the best part is its shape and like cars when you find one you really like keep it cause you will judge every one from that one you sold cause you thought that the other one wold be nicer ..... trust me ! With a few more mods these babies can fly especially going to a 20" wheels from a moped and I am trying to set up some forks for it but it took 6 years to find another one and its not as nice as the one I sold
How do you get it to idle without the rear wheel moving? I took my governor out and now in idle the tire has to move , the clutch seems like it's on constantly, as before I took off the governor. It would idle and I could chill without having to hold the break.

I did the same to a track 2 except I used a Honda 5hp engine. Stripped off all the plastic crap , turned out great

Put the governor back on, but back the screw up far enough that it doesn't effect the performance.
forsure thanks man. I ended just taking apart my clutch and cleaning it. Works like a champ now:)
