The pad that I'm playing on it's a marching snare pad by HUN U (U-12) it's really a Japan version of a RCP Active pad. You can try them RCP Drum they made pads just like I'm playing on and other pads too
Try to fix ur tradtitional. Keep that thumb and middle finger on the stick and put the stick above the dip of ur ring rather than below the pip. Other than that ur chillin

I think there is a music sheet for it idk I learned that from a audio cassette tape years ago when I was in high school in a ROTC back in 1994
