I have to get around and test to see what ammo that rifle likes the most. So far I haven't had any issues with the magazines. My 16 inch Mark II sometimes doesn't like to extract the spent case but I just take it apart and clean the extractor real good when it acts up.
@@desertdwellers7294 I was having the same issue, if you actually take the bolt out undo do the clip to remove the left extractor and file it down just enough to have a sharp point it has down wonders for me. No issues at all anymore and ejects flawlessly everytime.
Maybe I did not make it plain enough. I knew I was using slower rounds and that the Impacts would be low, which is why I said they would hit low. Anyway. the scope is sighted for a particular type of ammo and in this video I was using a different type of ammo, which is why I said the impacts would hit lower.
My mk 2 can shoot 1/2" groupings all day long with cheap cci blazer 40 gr solids and shoot American eagle 40 round packs 38gr hp even better! I practice on golf balls at 160 meters for more of a challenge.
I think I'd be changing different brand of ammo.
Savage Mark2 is capable of 1" group at 100yd. Excellent precision. But the magazine is a curse.

@@desertdwellers7294 it's not the extractor, it's the chamber holding on to spent cases, use hoppies on a wire brush snd scrub chamber only.
Try different subsonic ammo
For better accuracy, try subsonic ammo. My favorite is the CCI Standard Velocity.
Yeah, when it warms up some and all the snow is finally gone, I'm going to try subsonic or even standard velocity ammo.
You should adjust the scope to hit the bull thats the point of hitting what you want i believe

Lmao hes shooting for groups 🤦♂️
Hence he's looking for grouping for that round, so hitting the bull is irrelevant
Sam, welcome to the 2A community. Know guns, know peace, know safety. No guns, no peace, no safety.

Mine likes slow 40g rounds
