ICT sector under the spotlight at Govtech 2022

Government says it is confident that the ICT sector will be one of the biggest contributors to the GDP, after agriculture.
Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni says the sector is one of the fastest growing industries and is expected to be worth a trillion Rands within the next two years.
She was speaking at the opening of the annual Govtech Conference, currently under way in Durban.
The four -day event has attracted over 2000 delegates including exhibitors government officials and academia in the ICT industry.
