Thanks for the lesson, I’m struggling a little bit displacing the paradiddles with the swing time but I think I just need to work on it more. Do you know where I can find more material on 16th note based comping? Would that be found in the Chapin books?
@@stevelymandrums but one more question > do You play this skip note in the ride pattern as a third partial of a triplet or the „a” of sixteen note grid ? ---
True. Except for the part of strokes, rhythms, placement, subdivision, rhythmic usage and systems that were all deeply discussed. But I see your point.
Hello @stevelymandrums I really appreciate you taking the time to make this video! I found it very useful! It’s also awesome to see the places that focusing and studying can take you! Great content!!!
i think somewhere along the way you lost the plot on art, but you seem to enjoy superfluous demonstrations of egotistical tenacity. as a spiritually inclined student of the craft, thanks for showing me what im not about
@@xstij with respect I don’t know who you are. That’s not a judgment, but I don’t know who you are and what you’ve created and since you seem to not be in the ring, I don’t really care that much about your feedback and judgement. Still thanks for your time on my page. Also, make sure to check out my record!

I’ve never understood all the haters in the comments. Such inspiring stuff! I play differently every time I watch your videos!
