When the world gets to be a bit too much. I tune into Shinichi and Satoshi. They make my heart smile, my mind calm and my tummy hungry! Thank you for the yrs of joy you two have brought us. Dōmo arigatōgozaimashita 🙏💚💚💚💚🌺
@@TabiEats sending big hugs from Texas. And Here's to many many more videos and years of enlightening us🍻! I have learned so much. I make dishes I got from watching for my husband and kids. They are super happy I found your channel most lol. I have so much respect for you two.
Wow the Cicadas are deafening?!! lol Here's an idea incorporate all three shows into a trilogy. Satoshi makes a picnic lunch(KantanFood), Shinichi's World rides to the park and you finish with the main channel picnic. Thanks for the video!
Infamous Crime Locations when I lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the cicadas were also extremely loud! Now I live in Northeastern, Pennsylvania...near the upstate NY border and we have cicadas...right now, but they’re must not be many. They aren’t very noticeable...you get used to it.
It's been like that here in Florida, too. I believe it's Cicadas that actually make the loudest naturally produced tone that won't cause hearing damage to a human for multiple hour exposure. Interesting to see humans have evolved to match them, it makes me believe they've been making those sounds for millions of years.
I was a bit concerned at first thinking that Satoshi was maybe too tired - he seemed a little downbeat on the bike ride but then his reaction(s)to the food was just lovely! Thanks for sharing your picnic with us! I can imagine how gorgeous those trees must be in autumn! Take care!
I love how ginger turns natural pink when pickled , i was amazed when i tried making pickled ginger for my mom some years ago. I would LOVE to taste that chicken 😋 thanks for a great video, the park looks gooood in the late afternoon
I always love hearing people practicing their instruments in Japanese parks! The high quality and reasonable price of pre-made food in Japan (from konbinis, supermarkets, whatever) is just so amazing. I love to cook but feel like I would cook less if I lived there just because there's so much good food ready to go!
Omg these 2 are adorable I love them. The guy in blue ( I don’t want to type his name wrong) he is SO descriptive with the food. He should write a book you both should.
9:00 Anything "sour cream and onion" style typically has chives so I would guess if something green was in those onions, that was it. Unless a Japanese spin was put on it.
Looked like the new Hidden Valley Ranch sprinkle that comes in a shaker like the one in which pre-grated parmesan is sold. People in the US have been sprinkling that stuff on everything from veggies to popcorn, baked potatoes to rice.
Ginkgos come in male and female trees, the females are the only ones that produce the fruit. The only way to know if it's male or female is to wait until the fruit is produced. My town in Iowa has a lot of ginkgo trees, when I was a kid the city wanted to get rid of them because of the fruit. There was a big uproar and we had a "ginkgo festival" for a few years where we celebrated the ginkgo tree. I love watching your videos, I feel like I'm living vicariously through you two. Trying all the fun things you try.
Those cicadas are in surround sound!!! Satoshi and his onion rings.....soo adorable. I don't like watermelon, but seeing Shinichi's face loving it, made me want a bite. What a wonderful, relaxing video. What would I do without you 2. I am at home almost all the time. I love seeing Japan through both of your eyes. Much love from Ohio, 🇺🇸 ❤.
Such a lovely place. Even the cicadas make it better. They don't sound anything like our local ones, which is probably a good thing. I love love love fresh cucumbers and watermelon. All of this stuff looks so good!!!
Very cute, you keep us happy, thank you. Sinichi was tired initially, but Shatoshi, as usual, was full of life. I don't understand why some criticize cicadas, they are the symbol of summer ... you would like us to silence all what is left whole and undestroyed from nature ?!
Hi Shinichi, Hi Satoshi. It really doesn't matter to me what you guys eat (although that ginger seasoned chicken and watermelon looked soooooo delicious😋) I just love watching you two doing anything🥰. I adore you two, and wish you both good health and happiness🥰💖. Please say hi to the adorable Ai for me 💖.
It's nice to know that the screaming tree bugs aren't just that loud here. It's somewhat comforting. Cicadas' can have a certain nostalgic feel, Sometimes. Other times, It's like the fauna around my home is trying to give me (more) tinnitus
Nice picnic and I’m glad no one was around so Satoshi felt safe to take off his mask! The green is green onion! On the onion rings! Love sweet watermelon 🍉 at summer time! 😋😋😋 please stay safe and healthy! 🙏🏽💜
Those cicadas reminded me so much of visiting my relatives in Tokyo in the summer. The food looked so good too! Love mitsuya cider...but it's hard to find in the US except in Cali, Guam, or Hawaii.
I'm not really an outdoorsy person, but if I were surrounded by the sounds of cicadas like that even I could see myself falling asleep in that park out in the open, lol
What a nice way to relax after that long ride to get there. Just hearing the summer cicadas in the backround is so relaxing. Your pinic food looks so good. It is nice to see you and Satoshi enjoy summer time. I enjoyed it with you too! Have a beautiful day!
I love how you both enjoy food =) So nice to see...Wow a lot of dragonflies.. I love dragonflies =) They have a lot of symbolic meaning. Beautiful park Thank you so much for sharing!
Beautiful park. Delicious food. I live in Minnesota in the United States. I have a beautiful Gingko tree in my backyard and it does turn a bright yellow in the fall. I do not get the “stinky fruit” from my tree so I assume it’s male. Thank you for posting your videos. I love to watch and to learn a Japanese word or two in the process! ❤️
Thank you guys , you do make me smile and feel that everything is right with the world, my mouthe is watering , the chicken on a stick looked very nice , and the onion ring sounds nice , the water melon will refresh your mouth, you really enjoyed yourself, keep safe , UK 🇬🇧 😀 😊 I hope you will film those trees inthe Park n there Autumn colours, i will look forward to seeing them ,Autumn is my favourite time of the year 😀
Wahhhh! Those sour cream and onion flavored onion rings! I find myself watching some of your old videos. They've kept me happy and sane during our country's very looooong lockdown. I imagine my husband and I are visiting the places you guys visit (and sometimes in my mind, we run into your guys!) :D
The park is so beautiful!! I’ve been wanting to go on a picnic this summer but due to covid and the horrible rainy English weather I haven’t been able to :( So nice to see you and Satoshi having a good time though!
Am I the only one who knows Hikarigaoka from Digimon? Anyways, lovely video, awesome food and relaxing sound of the cicadas! Thanks for sharing and take care!!
Im so glad I found your channels a few months ago, dear Shinichi and Satoshi! Entertaining, informative, funny, lovable, soothing... and so much more ❤️ greetings from Munich 🥰 PS: cicadas cicadas cicadas 😍😍😍😍😍 and dragonflies means the ecosystem is good at the park.
It is always fun to watch your videos. Now, I must try ‘Deep fried with red ginger’ and ‘Sour Cream flavored onion rings’. Satoshi san, your reaction is so ADORABLE about these food!!
Satoshi getting excited by the onion rings and just food in general is adorable🤗🤗🤗
Sakkuto!
Love the sounds of the crickets. So many.
lol that really was the best part of this video
When the world gets to be a bit too much. I tune into Shinichi and Satoshi. They make my heart smile, my mind calm and my tummy hungry! Thank you for the yrs of joy you two have brought us. Dōmo arigatōgozaimashita 🙏💚💚💚💚🌺

Agreed! Soul quenching!
I do the exact same thing!! 🤗 They're truly wonderful
Watching Satoshi being so excited about the sour cream onion rings made this video especially nice ^^
Please film this park again in autumn 🍂
Yes, please return here in autumn.
Would love to see Japan Fall colours.🍂🍂🍂🍂
Good idea
cutest thing ever when satoshi eats something he likes
Wow the Cicadas are deafening?!! lol Here's an idea incorporate all three shows into a trilogy. Satoshi makes a picnic lunch(KantanFood), Shinichi's World rides to the park and you finish with the main channel picnic. Thanks for the video!
What about “will always travel for food”..? I love that one too...they just have captions and the ambient sounds. It’s lovely. 😊
Yeah cicadas are extremely loud there.
13:00 "Shini said it's tasty; it must be good" I love the nickname. So wholesome XD
wow. the cicadas are going OFF. cicadas in the front, everyone else in the back.
It's been like that here in Florida, too. I believe it's Cicadas that actually make the loudest naturally produced tone that won't cause hearing damage to a human for multiple hour exposure. I've only heard those in anime lol
Yes! One of the many reasons I dislike summer!!!
I wish you had included footages of shopping for the picnic food. Missed the food halls of 🇯🇵 so much.
I loved Satoshi's little segment in the end about the flowers and trees! That picnic looked SO nice! Nothing like cold watermelon on a hot day 🙂
When Justin finds out you had a picnic without him you’re in trouble.
Watermelon is a gift from Mother Nature! I eat it every single day in the summer!
I was a bit concerned at first thinking that Satoshi was maybe too tired - he seemed a little downbeat on the bike ride but then his reaction(s)to the food was just lovely! Thanks for sharing your picnic with us! I can imagine how gorgeous those trees must be in autumn! Take care!

Satoshi's expressions on things in general, always put a big smile on my face and makes my day! :)

Thank you for inviting us along on your picnic.🥰 Very inspiring.
Summer + Watermelon = Paradise
I used to visit the park before moving to the US. It is so nice to see that park clean and well maintained. Arigato for showing it!

That Gingko tree is amaaazing!
I actually said out loud that the ginger chicken must be great. Lovely picnic and a lot more affordable than I expected it to be.
I visited the park in Authumm and the colours are beautiful. We love the park. It is relaxing.
Yo those cicadas are willing haha. The park looks soo pretty and calming
海外の多くの方がセミについて言及していますね。
日本人の私には「暑そうだな」と思うくらいなので、皆さんのコメントはなんだか新鮮です。(笑)
Very cool picnic guys. Be safe out there. Enjoy summer as much as you can.
Very cute, you keep us happy, thank you. Sinichi was tired initially, but Shatoshi, as usual, was full of life. I don't understand why some criticize cicadas, they are the symbol of summer ... you would like us to silence all what is left whole and undestroyed from nature ?!
Idk why but I feel happy when I see them eat 😊

It's nice to know that the screaming tree bugs aren't just that loud here. It's somewhat comforting. Cicadas' can have a certain nostalgic feel, Sometimes. Other times, It's like the fauna around my home is trying to give me (more) tinnitus
I adore these men!!!
Dude I’ve heard that in Japan the cicadas are like the southern American ones but louder but I have never heard anything this loud in my damn live!
Nice picnic and I’m glad no one was around so Satoshi felt safe to take off his mask! The green is green onion! On the onion rings! Love sweet watermelon 🍉 at summer time! 😋😋😋 please stay safe and healthy! 🙏🏽💜

"Just a mango aroma." I love this comment, made me smile.
That Ginko tree is amazing. We have them in the U.S. but I've never seen such a magnificent tree.
Food looked amazing!! Mom and I are binge watching Tabieats channel tonight. You make us so happy. :) Thank you both....take good care of yourselves ❣

So nice picnic! The food looks delicious. I’m glad it’s cooling down now because I remember summer in Japan in the late 90s, it was so 蒸し暑い!
Can't get over how cheap the supermarket food is compared to the US. Looks amazing!
Love watching you guys!! So chilll with da picnic :):):) I like the spicy cucumber! Perfect for this weather
The green that you see might be chives. Sour cream and chives is a common dish here in the States. 😺😺😺
I love your content from here, and willalwaystravelforfood. I find your contents very relaxing. Thank you so much for providing us with this

Thank you so much for allowing us to join you both on this pic-nic. I can not wait to start my own channel and have you join me on my adventures.
I grew up w/ summer cicadas around Atlanta, but it was more of a nighttime thing. Weird to hear them all day in recent vids.
Those cicadas are all unilaterally demanding to see the manager
@J G Haha that's perfect!! Yes cicadas are extremely loud.
Wahhhh! Those sour cream and onion flavored onion rings! I find myself watching some of your old videos. They've kept me happy and sane during our country's very looooong lockdown.
