The girls and teachers have a code. My homeroom teacher is a woman. Whenever I need to change my pad or tampons or whatever, we say "I'm baking muffins. Can I use the oven?" so the guys don't notice
My personal favorite hack is all of them especially the heat pack and the candy jar hack. Cause i'm still 13 yrs old and usually when im in school I tend to get very shy when im on my period, especially when pulling out a pad, I always bring like the large sized pads cause for the 1-3 days your period won't stop gushing down and im always scared if it's going to leak. So yes, and the laurier pack is actually very very useful. I will definitely tell my mom and my sister about this product this will be a life changing😀

A handy tip I do back in school then was I always kept a flat black & white mickey mouse pouch that perfectly fits a regular flow pad & a pantiliner in my school bag. So whenever I needed it, I just simply have it in my bag to use, and just refilled it to always have 1 of each qty :) it looked like a simple flat cloth wallet that i can easily tuck away in my school skirt pocket

I first got to try and know about a cooling pad when I was in a Taiwan. Came back to Singapore but couldn’t find any, months later Laurier came out with the same Technology and I was so freaking happy! Been using their cool range even for panty liners and pads for my periods. The clue period app is Super useful as well and you can also add your close girl friends to track each other’s period hahah it’s fun & they have many categories to choose from and log in how you feel each day. 😊😊👍🏻👍🏻

Guys spread the news! Don't eat cold things near or during your period, it causes cramps! I don't know if it's just me but it works for my friends too. Eating cold things definitely worsens cramps so if you avoid it, it will most likely help a lot! Pls like! I want more people to know!
1:10 there is another way by just getting a towel and warming it with a hair dryer. Then you put it flat under your shirt and hold it with your hands. It works really well

4:21 Wah, that time I was in school, and I was struck with a surprise period. Then luckily my friends told me there was a place that sell pads in my sch,(cos it was quite heavy), in the level 1 toilet. It was like a vending machine thingy, 20cents per pad. 5:50 But like, bringing a candy jar to toilet would make them think like you going to toilet to eat candy.
So obviously, this is such a great video! The rice trick was really surprising, because when I'm in my period I usually feel like screaming at everyone and just curling up and bawl my eye out . And thinking about getting up and heating up a pad is hellishly annoying. I do think castor oils help you very much to bring down your body temperature and keep you comfortable, spray a bit of muscle relief sprays or apply lotions if the muscle pain is high. Drink lots of water and mineral rich juices during your periods! Binge watch your fav series and sleep. 💕
Hi! I'm from the Philippines and I just want to share my experience. Before I do use the ordinary pads that we can buy at the stores, I use to have really bad cramps to the point that I can't walk. But then I learned that using those pads makes the cramps even worse, so now I use AVAIL bio sanitary pads from Malaysia. Now I don't get cramps anymore the pads are thin but very good in absorbing, its really cool down there when using it and it smell good. I really recommend you to try it. And oh! I forgot if your have irregular period this can help and I recommend to also use their panty liner. Ps. My Aunt sell those pads that's why I get it for free. Hehehe. 😅 And I not very good at English so.... I'm sorry....
I've been using baking soda ever since I found this video and it helps so so much. One day the stains there, the next day it's gone. It's super useful and I always use this method whenever my blood stains, amazing tip! ^^

It worked a bit. The stains that are light in colour definitely were removed. While the darker stains turned light and almost faded.

For the peroid part when you are afraid of the leakage on the beds, then put two pads on, one at the front and one at the back. It really helps.

Guys spread the news! Don't eat cold things near or during your period, it causes cramps! I don't know if it's just me but it works for my friends too. Eating cold things definitely worsens cramps so if you avoid it, it will most likely help a lot!

1:10 there is another way by just getting a towel and warming it with a hair dryer. Then you put it flat under your shirt and hold it with your hands. It works really well
so like this is really weird but like i got my period at 12 and i was freaking out so badly cus that was like my biggest fear like i didn’t want it and i was the only few girls that didn’t have it but when i got it one morning i checked in the bathroom and i was like “omg!!!!!” like in a frustrated way and i went out to my mom, plopped myself on her bed and muttered “i got my period..” and idek how my mom heard me but she was like “OMG CONGRATS CONGRATS FINALLY THE DAY HAS COME LETS GO CELEBRATE ILL TAKE U OUT TO EAT AND GO SHOPPING YOUR A WOMAN NOW!” and i was still in a state of shock so i was like “uh no no” and i started crying and my mom was like it’s ok and my sister came into the room and my mom was like “your sis got her perioddddd” and the first thing my sister says is “really ah? let me see your blood”

4:21 Wah, that time I was in school, and I was struck with a surprise period. Then luckily my friends told me there was a place that sell pads in my sch,(cos it was quite heavy), in the level 1 toilet. It was like a vending machine thingy, 20cents per pad.
5:50 But like, bringing a candy jar to toilet would make them think like you going to toilet to eat candy.
So obviously, this is such a great video! The rice trick was really surprising, because when I'm in my period I usually feel like screaming at everyone and just curling up and bawl my eye out . And thinking about getting up and heating up a pad is hellishly annoying. I do think castor oils help you very much to bring down your body temperature and keep you comfortable, spray a bit of muscle relief sprays or apply lotions if the muscle pain is high. Drink lots of water and mineral rich juices during your periods! Binge watch your fav series and sleep. 💕

Hi! I'm from the Philippines and I just want to share my experience. Before I do use the ordinary pads that we can buy at the stores, I use to have really bad cramps to the point that I can't walk. But then I learned that using those pads makes the cramps even worse, so now I use AVAIL bio sanitary pads from Malaysia. Now I don't get cramps anymore the pads are thin but very good in absorbing, its really cool down there when using it and it smell good. I really recommend you to try it. And oh! I forgot if your have irregular period this can help and I recommend to also use their panty liner.
Ps. My Aunt sell those pads that's why I get it for free. Hehehe. 😅 And I not very good at English so.... I'm sorry....

I've been using baking soda ever since I found this video and it helps so so much. One day the stains there, the next day it's gone. It's super useful and I always use this method whenever my blood stains, amazing tip! ^^
My favourite was definitely the case in which like you can secretly carry the pad or otherwise it’s so awkward when the guys see that you are taking something and we have to answer like IT’S A PAD.Moreover,in case of a hurry it’s just easier to take it than taking a lot of time to put it in your pocket without anyone seeing.Love you guys.More love to you and keep up with such amazing and original content❤️❤️
