The last one actually helped me a lot. I recently had a very close group of friends that left me for this snake who always used to bully me. They started running away from me and calling me names and just genuinely being rude. I soon after got a much better friend group that i hang out with. It is my last year with them before I go to secondary college, I hope I still keep in contact with my new friend group. That you for that chat too
I'm in 8th grade now and I had a crush in 7th but now I *hate* that person without any reason and now I also feel stupid whenever I think about him. I'm like "Ewww I cant believe that I liked *this* guy???!!!"
Let me just talk about each of these things:- 1- Growth Spurts Oh my god! I grew like 3 to 4 inches in less than a year! I don’t have stretch marks, but I did have a pretty large growth spurt. 2- Periods I was 10 years old. It’s been more than 2 years. Also, in the beginning, I had very little cramps. Ever since last year or so, it has gotten worse, especially in the first 2 days. I actually dance and sing a lot no matter what but I just wanna stay in bed during that time. I still exercise for a while. 3- Acne and Skincare My skin was wonderful until I was 10 and a half. My skin is very sensitive and I really get annoyed my acne. I still have some acne on my forehead and nose but it has reduced a lot. I didn’t have huge pimples, but I had a lot of tiny ones. It has reduced a lot in a span of less than 2 years. 4- Shaving I don’t remove my body hair. But when I must, I wax. 5- Crush I never had a crush. And I don’t think I ever will. 6- Self-Confidence I don’t get bullied because I can get along with everyone. I may seem like a social butterfly, but I am an introvert and antisocial. I don’t mind people all the time, but I prefer alone time more. I am also very shy. I am confident in my brain but I really don’t find myself to be too confident or too insecure. I am kind of okay with that one. I hope you all can share your opinions in the replied! I would love to know about you guys and help you if you’re struggling. Excercising during your period is a freaking myth! I've tried it on so many periods and the result wad always the same - if you ever stop exercising, the pain comes back 10x worst And if you over do it - it will hurt during the workout! I detest exercise anyway..
I’m an Early bloomer like Jasmine, it lasted for like 5 years, and people made a really big deal about it, and when I was in high school, everyone started having their acne and periods, and cramps. And I can just say I feel bad, but like I get to laugh a lil, I’m 21 now, and those days were very interesting
I started being myself because I made this mindset like “If I don’t be myself people don’t like me for me because I’m not being myself” I didn’t realize how many people had crushes on me after that-

My family was worried cuz I haven't got my period and my friends already got theirs which made me feel weird as well. 15 turning 16 I got my first period and they were relieved as well as me too. But I wont shave. xD - Body growth. My advices: **PERIOD ADVICES.** I don’t have cramps advices yet, sorry :( **I suggest you guys confront to your mums or any females you trust, it’s only for the best! Don’t hide it in. :)** Wear long pads for the night. Change your pads every few hours and bring some to school (if you go to school) or if you guys go out. I swear, this is really really important. Bring a spare underwear and a bag or container for storing any pads. Change your pads in the morning. Tell your teacher to go to the bathroom to change your pads if needed, they’ll hopefully understand. I think you can use tampons too, but I’m not too sure on that.

Ok, I don't know if this sound cliche or something, but here is a little story of my crush. Let's name him.... Alex ( Not real name ) I was still in kindergarten. I remember that we were like in the same group - little group, medium group and big group.- So we played together sometimes, went on trips with the kindergarten and things like that. I had 2 best friends there, Emy and Fie ( Not real name. ) And just like that, I feel completely in love with him over the years -I think it started when I was 3-4 years old-. When we started school we attended the same school with my best friends as well. In school up to 3rd grade I, of course, had crushes other than him. But I think somewhere in my heart I still loved him even though I wasn't as much as I was when I was younger. He was quite chubby but I loved him. So in 4th grade, we went on a trip to an amusement park. My best friends encouraged me to say that I liked him, so I did while sitting in front of him " Alex.... I like you... For a while now, since kindergarten" . I felt relieved that I had finally after all those years keeping my mouth shut. Alex who was sitting in front of me smiled, " I liked you too since kindergarten." Yes he said that to me. He looked down at the ground. I don't know how to react but I was happy! On the way back to the school we sat together in the bus, and he asked me to become his girlfriend. My parents to me at that time that I couldn't have a boyfriend, so I was really really sad. I told him maybe, but never gave him the answer until a month later. I told his best friend that I said yes, but only if people didn't know about it. I don't think Alex knew that because I told nearly everyone in class. His reaction was so freaking cute was he heard that I said yes. But I panicked If my parents knew they would kill me. So... "No NO! I-I- I said no..." I think I broke his heart that day, because he didn't talk to me after that... But one thing I know for sure, I broke my own. But a year after 5th grade we began talking a little bit, well we live pretty close so we always met up and walked together to school. And now I'm in 6th grade, nearly 7th where we are going to be split in 3 classes. I think I still love him, but should I tell him? Please let me know before the summer holidays begins. Is this my future? I also have had a few dreams about him and me having a family....
The last one really helped me, but whenever I get a really good group of friends, we’ll have to move. This time, I’m moving to a different country for the first time 😢. How do you deal with moving and leaving your friends?
I'm currently going through a similar situation because I moved to a different city, I'm gonna really miss my friends too. Remember that a lot of people go through stuff like this. If you don't wanna lose your friends you can keep in touch through social media. There isn't much you can do about moving, but try to keep a positive mindset. You will make more friends, remember that school isn't just about friends. You should also focus on your education and grades. Eventually, you'll meet friends that have the same interests as you.

I had my first period a week ago and it's exactly Debbie's situation. My family was worried cuz I haven't got my period and my friends already got theirs which made me feel weird as well. 15 turning 16 I got my first period and they were relieved as well as me too. I felt funny later on. My First period was clueless for me. Thank goodness I was home at that time.

I had a crush when I was P1 but it actually wasn't like a crush, I was acting like it was a crush, but a crush wasn't a existence, so basically I had a "Crush" with my Best friend and we always do things together, we eat together, we play together, we do projects together, but we realized that our actions was as if we are in a deep relationship. I knew that after I talked to her again in Grade 7 and now I realized that the word Crush existed. I was sad and miserable when i had to move to another school at P4, seperating my Best Friend (Crush) and I felt that I was lonely deep inside and I had lost my most valuable and Memoriable friend of my life. I once had a crush on a teacher when I was still in grade 4; I was about 10 years old probably? So, I have this new Math teacher, he looks like he was still in his 20's. He looks very hOt and smart, he once got shipped with another teacher but I wasn't happy at all about it, it even maked me motivated to get a good score to impress him and thinking he would like me- (cough cough) I would also ask him if he has a girlfriend or like already married and stuff, it was so weird that I wanted to tell my best friend about it but I was honestly scared she would make jokes on me or even tell the teacher.. well- i don't know if I'm the only one who ever liked a teacher but... Wear long pads for the night.
Change your pads every few hours and bring some to school (if you go to school) or if you guys go out. I swear, this is really really important. Bring a spare underwear and a bag or container for storing any pads.
Change your pads in the morning.
Tell your teacher to go to the bathroom to change your pads if needed, they’ll hopefully understand.
I think you can use tampons too, but I’m not too sure on that.

Ok, I don't know if this sound cliche or something, but here is a little story of my crush. Let's name him.... Alex ( Not real name )
I was still in kindergarten. I remember that we were like in the same group - little group, medium group and big group.- So we played together sometimes, went on trips with the kindergarten and things like that. I had 2 best friends there, Emy and Fie ( Not real name. )
And just like that, I feel completely in love with him over the years -I think it started when I was 3-4 years old-. When we started school we attended the same school with my best friends as well. In school up to 3rd grade I, of course, had crushes other than him. But I think somewhere in my heart I still loved him even though I wasn't as much as I was when I was younger. He was quite chubby but I loved him. So in 4th grade, we went on a trip to an amusement park. My best friends encouraged me to say that I liked him, so I did while sitting in front of him " Alex.... I like you... For a while now, since kindergarten" . I felt relieved that I had finally after all those years keeping my mouth shut. Alex who was sitting in front of me smiled, " I liked you too since kindergarten." Yes he said that to me. He looked down at the ground. I don't know how to react but I was happy! On the way back to the school we sat together in the bus, and he asked me to become his girlfriend.
My parents to me at that time that I couldn't have a boyfriend, so I was really really sad. I told him maybe, but never gave him the answer until a month later. I told his best friend that I said yes, but only if people didn't know about it. I don't think Alex knew that because I told nearly everyone in class. His reaction was so freaking cute was he heard that I said yes. But I panicked If my parents knew they would kill me. So... "No NO! I-I- I said no..." I think I broke his heart that day, because he didn't talk to me after that... But one thing I know for sure, I broke my own.
But a year after 5th grade we began talking a little bit, well we live pretty close so we always met up and walked together to school.
And now I'm in 6th grade, nearly 7th where we are going to be split in 3 classes. I think I still love him, but should I tell him? Please let me know before the summer holidays begins. Is this my future? I also have had a few dreams about him and me having a family....

The last one really helped me, but whenever I get a really good group of friends, we’ll have to move. This time, I’m moving to a different country for the first time 😢.

I'm currently going through a similar situation because I moved to a different city, I'm gonna really miss my friends too. Remember that a lot of people go through stuff like this. If you don't wanna lose your friends you can keep in touch through social media. There isn't much you can do about moving, but try to keep a positive mindset. You will make more friends, remember that school isn't just about friends. You should also focus on your education and grades. Eventually, you'll meet friends that have the same interests as you.
