At my school there was blood on a chair and we had a meeting about how periods are normal there are products in the bathrooms and you can always ask a friend if you need a sweatshirt to tie around your waist. People will just say whenever their on their period to anyone. it’s a very inclusive place and I feel very comfortable there ,i am very grateful!
When my helga comes to play, I take a warm bath with CBD bath salts. When I tell you this is the only thing that gets rid of my cramps, I’m dead serious! Hope this helps!!

Natalie is the sister I never had but now do! I never knew so many people used pads, I always felt embarrassed that I wore a pad and everyone I knew wore a tampon. I guess because growing up people would say it's gross to wear a pad for different reasons which I never got but it made me not want to say I wear a pad for the longest time. I personally do get embarrassed to say I'm on my period. I don't mind telling my mom, dad, or brother. I have had to say to my boss I have to go home because my period cramps would get so bad and thankfully even tho he is a guy, he totally understands which can be rare. he is very accommodating to us girls and our periods. I will say over the years I have gotten better at not being so embarrassed. it's natural and I know I have nothing to be ashamed of. lastly, thank you natalie so much for making these videos! without you, I wouldn't have anyone else to watch or talk to about all this.
i would say personally my favorite pad brands is always flex foam!! it’s super thin but is sooo good with absorbing, i have never had a leek with one on! plus the packaging is so cute and also it’s double winged

It's actually marketed as a muscle massager.

I actually don’t even feel embarrassed to say i’m on my period, i tell everyone tht i’m close to so that they’re aware im about to be so cranky😭! i don’t know if it’s just me but I got my period at 11 and i’m 17 now and throughout the years i’ve learned to handle the pain to the point where i’ll try to avoid the medicine as much as possible or what i’ll do that i think also works for me at least is act like my period isn’t there. i try to occupy my brain on many other things and the pain isn’t as bad. even though there are days where i feel like i’m dying. i love these videos, i’m mexican and moms aren’t the type to tell you much of anything. I don’t even know how to get a tampon up there or anything and all these videos you make. actually make me feel like someone is there showing me how to you know. omg i love you and i really hope you see this!
I don't have a period routine but I should probably make one. My period is never normal. Sometimes it comes 2 weeks after the last and sometimes 4 months. The only thing regular about it is that it's always super heavy

A recent study came out saying that people who take CBD oil don't seem to be getting covid. There was something like 200,000 epilepsy patients that even with exposure somehow did not contract the virus. So they did some research into the patients' histories and discovered that each one of them was on CBD oil. Excluding all other variables the CBD oil seems to stop the virus from being able to multiply within the body.
I recently started getting my period again because my doctor changed my bc due to discovering I have endometriosis, and the depo only got rid of the bleeding, really. I love winged pads (can't live without them) and have certain colors of underwear I wear during my period just in case (mostly black and pink/red). The nice thing about my new medication is it helps with the cramps a bit, but heat packs are always handy to have just in case. I love my hot water bottle! w
I love using a diva cup on my period. It is the best when you don't have time to change your pad or tampon as jou can keep it in for up to 12 hours. It is also eco friendly which is something I personally like the most. The only thing is that it is very messy to take out 🙈
My favorite four ingredient pancakes are: 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup milk 1 egg Mix and then cook-add whatever toppings you want! I like to put cinnamon in mine.

I also remember when I had to go to the hospital for something going on, I was on my period and I had a male nurse, he pretty much asked if I was on my period and my mom said "sorry baby" and we said yes I was. I think my mom thought I would be embarrassed but I'm actually not, but that nurse was so incredibly nice, he even checked up on me before he left to go home. But my answer is, am I ashamed of saying that I'm on my period? No I'm not ashamed, as Natalie said periods are a natural part of life. No one should be ashamed of it but if you are, I hope that one day you can say that you are NOT ashamed of it!! #staystrong!

Oh yeah, one good period hack is to lower your caffeine intake, because caffeine makes the veins smaller and that increases period cramps. Though.... I never do that.... I'm too deep in my coffee addiction☕
No im not embarrassed i feel like its very normal to announce when you are on your period. And it helps others know why you arent in a mood or arent feeling good or why you are in pain. Its natural it shouldnt be embarrassed

I also remember when I had to go to the hospital for something going on, I was on my period and I had a male nurse, he pretty much asked if I was on my period and my mom said "sorry baby" and we said yes I was. I think my mom thought I would be embarrassed but I'm actually not, but that nurse was so incredibly nice, he even checked up on me before he left to go home. But my answer is, am I ashamed of saying that I'm on my period? No I'm not ashamed, as Natalie said periods are a natural part of life. No one should be ashamed of it but if you are, I hope that one day you can say that you are NOT ashamed of it!! #staystrong!

Oh yeah, one good period hack is to lower your caffeine intake, because caffeine makes the veins smaller and that increases period cramps. Though.... I never do that.... I'm too deep in my coffee addiction☕

To answer your question for us at the end, for me, if it is with like my mom, sisters, or even my extended family who are girls and women, I am very comfortable saying and taking about my period. However, any male and my school mates just make me feel so awkward and Self conscious about it.
