My understanding is Todrick Hall went to the same high school as Scott, Mitch and Kirstie, though a couple years ahead of them. Can you imagine the crazy talent at that school? I love the homage they paid to the Wizard of Oz movie at the end. FYI, the dog's name really is Toto.
They did not go to the same high school but they were from the same city and did know each other from community theater and/or community choir. There's also a Toddrick L.M.F.A.O. flashmob featuring Pentatonix in the bathroom at the Chrysler building... and Toddrick and Superfruit were on each other's channels quite a bit (pet peeves, condom challenge, some round Robin singing challenge... Scott and Mitch go emo/punk or some such... and I think at least one more), including a pre-PTX guerilla performance like a flashmob on Toddrick's channel with the trio. It was Burger King or something.

He's really good at this type of musical parody and has some hilarious videos on his TH-cam channel, including a parody of Pentatonix called "Pentatodrix" and more than one "Beauty and the Beast" parody.
