    Brandon you seemed somewhat nervous in this video. Great video…. everything appeared to be very real throughout with no staged calls. This is what I like to see 100% raw

    What are the best tools to measure the market and what are the best metrics, in your opinion?
    Would love to see a video from your perspective, detailing how you interpret the data.
    Rn I’m looking at two markets to jump into and would love some insight how to look into the markets before I set roots.

    Now if I was the seller and received this call it made it sound like you were wanting to look at the house to bring a buyer??? How do you get around that?

      We follow that script up by asking the seller if they would be offended if when we were at the house we shared how are for sale by owner back up plan works in the event they cannot sell the home on their own

    @19:30, you are lucky you don’t have to deal with the multitude difficult to pronounce (and spell) African American female names that are so rampant down here in the Deep South. Here’s one for you that I ran into the other day. The first name was spelled, “JKMNO”. The name was pronounced, “No-L”, because there was literally no “L” in that series of letters. You can’t make this sh1t up!

    Hi Brandon, so you're setting the appointment telling them you want to look at it because you have a buyer. and you go with no buyer and strictly talk about listing the house for them? what is the reaction to that? or do I have this wrong

      Respectfully you have this wrong. We ask if they are open to the idea of “a” agent bringing them a buyer. We NEVER say we have a buyer when we don’t. We’re trying to determine which for sale by owners to follow up with and which we should not. For sale by owners that are willing to pay a buyers agent understand 50% of the value real estate agent spring dust is a good sign we should put these leads into our follow up system. This also plays to the strategy long term. Lots more to add here but do you get it?

      I will also add, any agent can preview any home that is listed on the market Using the MLS regardless if they have a buyer or not. Top agents understand the value I’ve previewing property to become an expert in the marketplace and to get face-to-face with as many sellers as possible
