    I love this workout so much! I want to give some encouragement to people who are just starting this workout or rebounding in general - you'll be amazed how quickly you gain your fitness and stamina! I started rebounding about a week ago and I couldn't keep up with the rebound section and had to stop before the balance part at the end. I didn't let myself feel disheartened and I've been doing it everyday. Now I'm so close to keeping up with the bouncing and I made it right to the end! I'm dripping sweat and my legs are on fire but I DID IT! You will too, just KEEP GOING!!

      @@NLR759 hey! yes, still going and I feel great. I've lost 2 stone in weight which was my main aim when I started, but I'm also so much stronger and healthier all round. I'm glad you commented on this because looking back on my comment from 9 months ago, I'm honestly shocked by how much my fitness has improved over such a short length of time. I hope you love your rebounder as much as I love mine, it's been a life changer for me! Good luck with it! :)

      @@amyt9563 That's very inspiring to hear, thanks for getting back to me!. I need to lose about 30lbs, which I believe is about 2 stone. I got the rebounder because it looked like fun, and I needed something to inspire me to exercise. The pandemic and winter had me so home bound and bored with everything. I just did my first work out today, and I was out of breath so quickly, but I'm looking forward to the next one.

    Fun and a lot of energy. I do wish that following the "beginner" person resulted in more modifications than just not raising your arms during jacks, but i managed my own modifications to protect my knees.

    The fastest rebounding workout I've found! It may be discouraging for beginners, but a great challenge overall. I've been rebounding for about 2 months now (3-4 times a week and I'm 40yo) and I definitely feel stronger overall. I highly recommend it!

      Hi, check out Arnita Champion 30 minute rebounding and her 15 minute cardio blast.....do it twice if you need more, they are fab and just add weights to take you to the edge. Also rebound fit inc is excellent cardio if you want to mix it up. Have been rebounding for years and this workout is a good all rounder but easy for me and do it on my rest days. The above two suggestions will hopefully be a good cardio session for you. Enjoy!

    What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions th-cam.com/users/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
