      Thanks Liz! We're so glad you loved it and are getting healthier with bouncing with us too. We don't have plans yet to expand beyond part 1 and 2, but stay subscribed and you'll be notified if we ever do make a part 3!

    I love this instructor. She is the best on TH-cam. If she wants to start a company, I would invest in her.
