Xmas has come early! Thank you for another amazing workout. I skipped the final move of squat jumps and kicks. I find that challenging moves + fatigue = injury. It'll be great if the most challenging moves are done in the middle of the workout when one is warm and still full of energy. ; ) I substituted the jump with standard squat and kicks.

Great workout! I was wondering why you don’t stretch the edge of your rebounder platform over the bungee cords. Is that how I should be using my rebounder too?
Awesome! My fabric jumping platform isn’t big enough to do that! I don’t think it’s meant to fold over. You can look through the Jumpsport website to find out. I have the 370 model.😊
