Yes, in fact if your pelvic floor is tight you need to focus on that before doing to much “ab” work for your DR otherwise you can tighten more. Those exercises are good at the end and between sets of any ab work till you can naturally relax your pf with breathing
Thank you for that. I watched and tried the towel thing with the 360 video and nothing moved where the towel was. I’m for sure a chest breather and have been for so very long. I’m asthmatic too. Thank you for your guidance
@@weldonservicegroup6962 I have had ladies find breathing so much easier when they learned how to breathe correctly - it helped their asthma a lot. Focus on relaxing your belly with your inhale - this will help the diaphragm drop and also relax the pelvic floor
It depends on what you are doing to release it and how much is backed up.
