How to fill a PCP Air Rifle (Bottle Version)

Hello noobie question if rifle comes with a spare air cyclinder
Whats its use can you fill the spare air cylinder and then when current empties you change bottles?
Is it even possibble to remove the tank with some pressure left in it?

How do u fill it to the correct pressure if u don't have a regulator

the handbook give the pressure for the unregulated version (200 BAR) the gauge shows you the pressure
