5kw is too less set as a ceiling. Kseb is worst in setting up such restrictions and trying to collect a fortune from customers just coz of connected load though not all connected load is used all at once. Also installing a solar plant of 5kw via soura doesn't have any benefit to escape from this shitty ceiling of 5kw.
